Not trying to tell you how to live your life BUT if you’re really pressed for time you can poke holes all around a spaghetti squash with a knife and cook it in the microwave 5-7 min one side (depending on the size) and then flip it and cook it 5-7 min again and it’s ready to eat

I remember a few years ago you posted an avocado sandwich recipe and I fell in love with it. It had greek yogurt, avocado, chicken and red onions in it.
My fave spaghetti squash recipes are egg nests (form squash into a little nest, crack an egg, bake in a muffin tin👌🏽); and carbonara (swap pasta for squash); and make em into patty-like rounds then give a quick pan fry to sear each side. Yum!

Love sprouts! Whole Foods is too far away from my house. :( A little tip I do for myself concerning snacks bc I overeat. Put the suggested serving on a snack bowl grrrrl and step away from the bag. Love those rice crisp things. Found those at sams and even my toddler loves them.
