USCCA ambidextrous magazine pocket on the pack somewhere. Is the pack itself ambi? I like it because it looks like the gun is pointed down instead of to the side. But I'm left handed.
Thank you! That is an intriguing option! I am asking my friends at Green Force Tactical if their BOB holster will fit in this system. I have a BOB for a purse and it works perfectly!
A revolver is the best option for carrying when running imho. The hill people gear runner kit bag is the best for carrying when running, more comfortable and easier access than a Fanny pack.
Never really gave much thought about it till you talked about it, not a runner but do enjoy getting outdoor and I carry at those times on my side but a small pack with good access would be nice. Thanks Kevin
You say it can fit a glock 19, but it's a tight fit. Has anyone tried putting a sig p320 in there? It's only a quarter inch taller or so but if the G19 is a tight fit, I want to make sure it would work for me and my carry gun before getting one. I've been really wanting something like this for my running days because the areas I run through in Vegas can be sketchy
Hey Kevin! I've got an idea for a should I shoot video. Here's the scenario. I'm on my way to or from the range with my gun in an OWB holster, belt, paddle, etc. I stop somewhere to pick up a drink or snack or something and, while waiting to check out, somebody tries to access my firearm. What should I do? Yes, this is a breakdown in situational awareness, but it can happen, and I've seen it happen to someone else. Luckily that person had a thumb break on his holster and the guy didn't get control of it.
CNT12696, Open carry, while legal in some areas, removes the tactical advantage afforded by effective concealed carry. As such, open carry puts participants at a greater risk of ambush and requires participants to maintain a higher level of training in order to defend against such assaults. If you chose to open carry we always recommend practicing retention drills as well as a level 2 holster or higher. I am glad your friends situation ended in his favor! I can certainly pass on your suggestion!
Can anyone who runs miles and mountain bikes with intensity (jumps, hills, rocks, etc..) recommend a holster that works well and holds the gun very secure without chafing or gouging, for a thin build person? I don't see the fanny pack style working for this, maybe a chest mount? I would love to hear from anyone with experience with these things.
Great looking pack, I’m thinking seriously ordering one. My only thought is, why are they encouraging folks to lose situational awareness by including a port for earbuds. Listening to music or whatever with earbuds is a very good way to not have a clue as to what is going on around you. Sorry my rant for the day.
I will counter with most modern earbuds, there is an "awareness mode" that allows some noise to come through. It's not perfect, and you should still keep your wits about you but it helps
Kevin, I hope you were the impetus behind that product's development. I think I'll get one. But, like the rest of us Cheeseheads, you have to get some tan on those arms or the bad guy's just going to be squinting from the glare. ;)
What keeps the heavier g19 from slamming you in the balls for an hour long run? I carried a canteen through 6 weeks of basic training and could only keep it on my back hip/small of back or risk never having kids. Whats the secret Kevin?
Who knew all you had to do was ask? ;) What other features would you like to see?

Two Bears Bushcraft Good to hear another left handed shooter like me! :)
I second that!!

Great ideas everyone!
No link for the pack?
I seriously needed this video, I’m a marathoner living in a downtown environment I run a lot before sunrise…have been charged at multiple times …
Wtf
What’s the barrel length on a Glock 19? I have and M&P 2.0 barrel is 4.25, would that exceed the space in the pouch?

Lefty friendly... I like it.
Yes! This is perfect!!

Another great video. Keep up the great work Kevin.
Thank you, Larry!

Great video. Please make more.
Kevin, that pack looks like a winner.
BTW, nice hat.
Thank you, James! ;)

Hill people hear runner kit bag. They make multiple sizes
@@pedrojaracuaro7637 Thanks!
Good advice!
Will this carry a 43x?

That is a great point, 94slingshot.

My jogging experience, I’ve been charged, chased, and attacked by dogs. Been bit 3 times. It was a horrible experience.
Where do I buy it?

That is also one of Kevin's defense mechanisms, Tom!

Thank you for your service, Bryan! I would suggest either adjusting the straps for a tighter fit around your waist.
Keeping your gun out while police arrive sounds sketchy to me.
