'Louder than bombs' always really hits me, as well as when I really pay attention to the lyrics in 'Mikrokosmos'... BTSs song writing is really out of this world :)
Wait, how could I forget 'Magic shop' I've genuinely cried to this song, it's so moving The way it starts with 'i don't what your going through, but this is whatim going through, and if you can relate to that, then know there's somewhere safe for you, and that I appreciate you' It's really incredibly moving and shows just how much they care for their fans genuinely
This is actually one of their less than perfect performances and their voices are a bit unstable.(and Jimin's throat situation before the concert also a factor). However, considering the dances they did before this, the song is still insanely performed. And Jimin has all my respects, he had given all, he even cried of not being perfect after the concert, and that had me heart broken. (I have seen many live performances of other singers much worse than this one and this is only 1 of very few BTS live performances which is slightly less than perfect. I believe less than 5 times out of their 8years careers ever since debuted, they are actually super humans already)
The Truth Untold is always a must. They all sing it with such intensity, especially Jimin (he once burst into tears too)…. If you like this “acoustic” vibe, the vocal line (and all the boys) has so many songs that they sing beautifully, you should check out “Your Eyes Tell”, which was written and produced by Jungkook as the soundtrack of a Japanese movie (the song is in Japanese). All their Japanese singles are pretty much acoustic and focused on the vocals, u should also check out Crystal Snow (Jin and Jimin’s voices in that song are out of this world), Lights, and also “Film Out”, which is the most recent one (they sang it live and it’s just insane, Jimin will definitely blow your mind again hahah). BUT let’s not forget our amazing rap line and how much of versatile artists they all are. I personally love to death their more edm, rap and hip hop tracks, they are just insane. You should definitely check out Mic Drop (it’s a must!), Baepsae (the meaning and the lyricism are insane), Boy In Luv (which is rock rap, love it), Dyonisus (the MMA 2019 live performance will 100% blow your mind, trust me), We Are Bulletproof Pt.2 and many more. And their more famous tracks, the canon, Fire, Fake Love, Dope, Idol, Blood Sweat and Tears, Not Today etc… And the rap line tracks are INSANE, personally they’re my favourite. Ugh, Outro: Tear, the Cypher series, Ddaeng, and many more. Last but not least, their solo stuff! They all do very different genres and they all are incredible. U should check out V’s Singularity, Stigma, Winter Bear, Inner Child etc…, Jimin’s Serendipity, Lie, Promise, Filter etc… Jungkook’s Euphoria, My Time, Still with you, Jin’s Awake, Epiphany, Moon, Abyss, Suga’s Agust D (also his name as a solo artist), Daechwita, The Last etc… RM’s whole Mono album, J-Hope Blueside, Daydream, Ego etc… they are all incredible and you can easily find the one that best matches your music taste! And then there are the bts and Army songs, which are songs that are dedicated to us and that unite us as a family almost. Mikrokosmos is definitely number 1, but also Magic Shop, Best of Me, and many more. Those mean a lot to us.
4:11 I love Jungkook‘s runs, harmonies and ad-libs. I love the harmonization of Jin and Jungkook in this song. But you can see in this performance that they all were sooo tired. Jungkook is the main vocalist of BTS and known for singing stable live even while dancing, but you can see that even he is so exhausted here. 😞 That really means something because normally he has soooo much energy. All they all knew was hard work, or bust (near bankruptcy a few times), responsible for many people). He did amazingly, considering. He does love the boiiiz, tho. JIMIN was really sick at that time that why he was not in his full form still he delivered like 30 performances that night. And he literally cried the next day while singing this song becoz he couldn't even speak that at time his throat was hurting so much so he felt bad for not able to deliver a good performance for ARMY 🥺🥺
This one wasn't really a good performance to react to. This was when Jimin was really sick and they all were exhausted. At that point they were constantly travelling and performing around the world + TTU was 25th song on the setlist (BTS starts their concert with some of the most hype song with tough choreo). tbh I've never seen them (and their vocals) so tired. They still did an amazing job here though.
I enjoy watching an artist mid tour. It really shows just show strong of a performer they are. It isn’t easy being in tour for months at a time and to give it your all every night is tough work

Hi Cody, I love your reactions. You can feel that you`re really interested and sincere. As other already mentioned, Jimin didn`t feel well at the mid of the tour (they all struggled at some point, because the tour was very tough). It was worst in Brazil when Jimin hat so much pain that he couldn`t properly sing. He started crying when the crowd sang his parts, he was so touched. BTS, they allways give there all in, and ARMY pays back. By the way, Jungkook started with eyebrow stickers, but now has a real eyebrow piercing like yours and a whole arm sleeve tattoo. And I love it.
You can hear how exhausted they are! This song came after several songs with tough choreography and this concert was midst their world tour and their hoarse were at a maximim. Jimin nearly cried because of the pain in his throat. They did so well! 🥺
As a producer you might really appreciate this video and this part of this video at 11min30, called "Jungkook the main vocalist of BTS". So happy that you are appreciating jimin's voice, i too love his voice a lot, but he thinks that he have to improve his vocals a lot, there was one performance of The Truth untold where jimin cried thinking that he didn't sang well. He was very sick here, throat was on fire, but kept grinding. As a musician myself, I can hear ALL (yes all)their little mistakes + I can tell you, his vocals don't need much improving, despite comments from untrained ears. His tones/intonations/inflections are beautiful, the only thing is that he dances (incredibly) harder than the others. If he danced 100% instead of 110%, it would help his stamina > see *"Jimin-Powerful-Stage-22 min."* Live, raw, as is, is BTS, at their best, always better than "perfect" studio mixes.

So I have been lucky enough to see BTS multiple times in concert throughout the years. Two nights in 2017, two nights in 2018, and once in 2019. The best way I can explain how a BTS concert feels is..... it truly is the happiest place on earth. It's beautiful, it's electric, it's exhausting, and it's fulfilling. The boys put so much of themselves into every single performance and in turn, ARMY matches that energy and it's just amazing. Seeing them grow from the small concert for the WINGS Tour IN 2017 to the LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF stadium concert in 2019 was so heartwarming. I really hope you have a chance to see them in concert, in their element. I think that if everyone saw BTS perform live they would see what magic looks like!

I saw this stage in Chicago back in 2019. At 43, I’ve been going to concerts since the 80s. I have seen many of the greats on stage but BTS is by far the greatest live performance I’ve experienced. It’s just them and army for 3 hours and they give everything in each song, dance and speech. Absolutely beautiful, and I can’t wait for my postponed ticket to have a new date.
i went to see bts live in hamilton in 2018 .. still cant believe that happened.. this song in particular was out of this world, it really touched me and blew my mind.. the emotion & vulnerability in their voices fhewww seeing them live is definitely worth it they put on an amazing show.. i have to see them again, at least once (or twice lol)
My daughter has seen them in Sydney, Los Angeles, London and a couple of times in Korea, Also got to 5th muster. She cannot wait to move to Korea as a translater (probs 2023). Been loving ya videos.

I think those are some of the best to watch. It shows the real strength and adversity of a group. It is grueling spending months on the road playing concerts every single night.
@@CodyMcManus True, but there is another live performance after alot of dancing (I mean you can see there soaked in sweat) and they sound, significantly better It's still amazing to see them perform like this, but for the first intro to the song they're vocals here are actually usually much more impressive, is all 😅 It's just I think in this performance a few members were genuinely ill.... Which is still super amazing they went out and performed like that

I don't know if it was this performance but, I know that Jimin had to struggle with his voice in some performances of this song because he had lost it through the many performances
while everyone has pointed out they were super tired in this- this performance really shows how stable jin’s voice is, like truly so stunning to me note- i recommend reading the annotations on the genius english lyrics for this one. it explains the beautiful story behind the song
My heart starts to ache whenever I see that live performance 💔💔 their voices were so tired here😭😭 maybe you can react to the stage mix of the live performances, you can see how great they really sound. We gotta admit though, that even when tired they sound better and more authentic than half the artists in the music industry 💜
I saw them live in Brazil (Sao Paulo) I'm 54 yo and I went to sooo many concerts in my life: Queen, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Madonna, Aerosmith, One Direction, Back Street Boys, etc etc... BTS' was the BEST concert I've ever been. They are flawless, the energy is amazing, it was astonishing, they blow your mind and touch your heart & soul like no other artist.
I saw them with the whole fam bam along friends too in wembley staduim, im out of words. Dancing the whole concert it was a 3hrs concert party, dancing, laughing, crying, singing, what else you can ask... it was a life changing experience... i have never seen a concert like they have ever. They put so much energy i to it.
Getting their concert tickets are like into hunger games, if you fail to secure it within the first 10 min, there goes the tickets! Once you attend their live concert, you will find other artistes concert just somehow fell short. The Army cheering crowd plays a huge factor
I saw them MetLife stadium in New Jersey in 2019 my granddaughters and daughter was with me best concert in my life. I am 63 years old and I fell head first after Fake Love in 2018
Their live performances are all amazing. The vocal lines always give you goosebumps whenever they hit those high notes, it's really unexplainable. Hope you can also react to their other performances like, Your eyes can tell, crystal snow, house of cards.

I saw BTS live at Wembley stadium in London and it was the best thing ever, they had giant inflatable silver jaguars at front when they were performing Dionysius, it was so cool to see them dance and hearing that it's live because of them like tapping the mic or something and the breaks in-between songs when they played lil games like raise our light sticks in a wave while they made a rainbow it was SO cool
I’ve seen them live last 2019 and it was so funny because that was the last LY Tour concert before they kick-off their SY tour. What happened was in the first parts of the song, Jin cracked his voice during his part and Jungkook can’t help but laugh. But it was an emotional song so he made it look like he was crying! Haha you can look it up, their the truth untold performance in Bangkok Day 2 😂 And yes add seeing BTS live at least once in your lifetime. You’ll never regret every second of it.

I actually been to two BTS concerts! In Brazil, Jimin cried his eyes out in this song, was so emotional! And the concert is just crazy!!! The energy? Omg I miss them! That was without a doubt the best days of my life
I love this song .. This was one of the last shows on the tour .. they were exhausted .. there are other shows where they did much better .. after this Jimin was a little sad because he couldn't give his best ..

But when you know it's part in the Bangtan Universe Storyline it's just beyond heartbreaking. This song and We Are Bulletproof:Eternal always have me sobbing before the end. BTW the song is based on a 15th century Italian story called 'La Città di smeraldo'. It's the classic story of a rich but ugly man who one day sees a girl stealing flowers from his garden (turns out she was selling them at the market to buy food because she had nothing). He falls in love with her but is too afraid to approach her because of his ugliness so instead he creates the most beautiful flower in the world just for her called the Smeraldo and fills his garden with it to ensure she would always come back for more. One day she doesn't come back and later he learns that she died and he is left alone and heartbroken never having found the courage to approach her and wondering if he had what might have been.
I can sense that all the four of them,sounds tired because of the concerts that theyre been too,theyre also human too.. Its not their great performance,but your being nice by not criticizing the flat notes,if its your first time reacting to them youll definitely will not be impressed..but doing their best to deliver and be able to sing for the fans despite of struggle,it feels so perfect for me..
In 2017 I saw them first at their wings tour in New Jersey prudential center I went to the two shows they had and then I went to their love yourself tour they had in New Jersey also at prudential center lastly I went to the map of the soul tour at MetLife stadium unfortunately the concert for the following year was postponed due to corona but I still have tickets. Lastly, I saw them on good morning America twice one when they were promoting idol and the next for the summer concert series which was outdoors. From seeing them I will say 1. they have so much energy throughout the whole show, 2. Jin is a vocal beast he’s always stable and powerful, 3. They’re extremely beautiful 4. You leave with your heart feeling full
I like your reactions and I don't want to apologize, but Jimin lost his voice at that moment, he was very ill, he even said it in the documentary "behind the scenes" "it hurts me when I breathe" so the situation His health was not so good, due to the climate on the plane during the tour he fell ill very quickly. 💜💜💜

As much as I love your reactions I wish you would not only point out the things you like or love but also things that "negatively" catch your eye or ear. As a musician and producer I am sure you have noticed that three of them were off pitch during the first verse. And even if you are impressed by Jimin's voice (as I am, too) it is very clear that he was struggeling a lot here - they all did. So I agree to the comments saying that this ist not their best version of truth untold. It still is good, no question, and having performed a lot before, being on tour, being exhausted and ill, this is still amazing. So personally, I would prefer your reactions to be a little bit more critical as you are someone who has got a little "background" here.

Another one to listen to is House of Cards live version. I have seen 2 but one of them is especially superb. I've never been to their concert and I know they are going to LA late November/early December 2021, but that's not in the cards for me unfortunately. :-(

I enjoy watching an artist mid tour. It really shows just show strong of a performer they are. It isn’t easy being in tour for months at a time and to give it your all every night is tough work
@@CodyMcManus Yup and also the fact BTS don't have any opening act or guest performer at their concert. It's just them there. I hope you get to see them live in future. Being at their concert is a moment one can never forget and if you get tickets for soundcheck then you'll be able to see them practice and goof around
Even jungkook sound tired. Thats rare as he usually sound very stable n perfect. So, its definitely they very tired at this point.

As other already mentioned, Jimin didn`t feel well at the mid of the tour (they all struggled at some point, because the tour was very tough). It was worst in Brazil when Jimin hat so much pain that he couldn`t properly sing. He started crying when the crowd sang his parts, he was so touched. BTS, they allways give there all in, and ARMY pays back.
By the way, Jungkook started with eyebrow stickers, but now has a real eyebrow piercing like yours and a whole arm sleeve tattoo. And I love it.
You can hear how exhausted they are! This song came after several songs with tough choreography and this concert was midst their world tour and their hoarse were at a maximim. Jimin nearly cried because of the pain in his throat. They did so well! 🥺

He was very sick here, throat was on fire, but kept grinding. As a musician myself, I can hear ALL (yes all)their little mistakes + I can tell you, his vocals don't need much improving, despite comments from untrained ears. His tones/intonations/inflections are beautiful, the only thing is that he dances (incredibly) harder than the others. If he danced 100% instead of 110%, it would help his stamina > see *"Jimin-Powerful-Stage-22 min."*
Live, raw, as is, is BTS, at their best, always better than "perfect" studio mixes.

So I have been lucky enough to see BTS multiple times in concert throughout the years. Two nights in 2017, two nights in 2018, and once in 2019. The best way I can explain how a BTS concert feels is..... it truly is the happiest place on earth. It's beautiful, it's electric, it's exhausting, and it's fulfilling. The boys put so much of themselves into every single performance and in turn, ARMY matches that energy and it's just amazing. Seeing them grow from the small concert for the WINGS Tour IN 2017 to the LOVE YOURSELF: SPEAK YOURSELF stadium concert in 2019 was so heartwarming. I really hope you have a chance to see them in concert, in their element. I think that if everyone saw BTS perform live they would see what magic looks like!

I saw this stage in Chicago back in 2019. At 43, I’ve been going to concerts since the 80s. I have seen many of the greats on stage but BTS is by far the greatest live performance I’ve experienced. It’s just them and army for 3 hours and they give everything in each song, dance and speech. Absolutely beautiful, and I can’t wait for my postponed ticket to have a new date.
i went to see bts live in hamilton in 2018 .. still cant believe that happened.. this song in particular was out of this world, it really touched me and blew my mind.. the emotion & vulnerability in their voices fhewww seeing them live is definitely worth it they put on an amazing show.. i have to see them again, at least once (or twice lol)
My daughter has seen them in Sydney, Los Angeles, London and a couple of times in Korea, Also got to 5th muster.
She cannot wait to move to Korea as a translater (probs 2023). Been loving ya videos.

I think those are some of the best to watch. It shows the real strength and adversity of a group.

It's still amazing to see them perform like this, but for the first intro to the song they're vocals here are actually usually much more impressive, is all 😅

I'm 54 yo and I went to sooo many concerts in my life: Queen, Elton John, Rod Stewart, Madonna, Aerosmith, One Direction, Back Street Boys, etc etc... BTS' was the BEST concert I've ever been. They are flawless, the energy is amazing, it was astonishing, they blow your mind and touch your heart & soul like no other artist.
I saw them with the whole fam bam along friends too in wembley staduim, im out of words. Dancing the whole concert it was a 3hrs concert party, dancing, laughing, crying, singing, what else you can ask... it was a life changing experience... i have never seen a concert like they have ever. They put so much energy i to it.
Getting their concert tickets are like into hunger games, if you fail to secure it within the first 10 min, there goes the tickets! Once you attend their live concert, you will find other artistes concert just somehow fell short. The Army cheering crowd plays a huge factor
I've been to three of their concerts. They're SO worth going even if you're just a casual listener. It's so fun.
I saw them MetLife stadium in New Jersey in 2019 my granddaughters and daughter was with me best concert in my life. I am 63 years old and I fell head first after Fake Love in 2018

I saw BTS live at Wembley stadium in London and it was the best thing ever, they had giant inflatable silver jaguars at front when they were performing Dionysius, it was so cool to see them dance and hearing that it's live because of them like tapping the mic or something and the breaks in-between songs when they played lil games like raise our light sticks in a wave while they made a rainbow it was SO cool
I’ve seen them live last 2019 and it was so funny because that was the last LY Tour concert before they kick-off their SY tour. What happened was in the first parts of the song, Jin cracked his voice during his part and Jungkook can’t help but laugh. But it was an emotional song so he made it look like he was crying! Haha you can look it up, their the truth untold performance in Bangkok Day 2 😂
And yes add seeing BTS live at least once in your lifetime. You’ll never regret every second of it.
Although they are so tired here it is still giving me goosebumps, they really are hardworking guys, I really love them.

I actually been to two BTS concerts! In Brazil, Jimin cried his eyes out in this song, was so emotional! And the concert is just crazy!!! The energy? Omg I miss them! That was without a doubt the best days of my life

But when you know it's part in the Bangtan Universe Storyline it's just beyond heartbreaking. This song and We Are Bulletproof:Eternal always have me sobbing before the end. BTW the song is based on a 15th century Italian story called 'La Città di smeraldo'. It's the classic story of a rich but ugly man who one day sees a girl stealing flowers from his garden (turns out she was selling them at the market to buy food because she had nothing). He falls in love with her but is too afraid to approach her because of his ugliness so instead he creates the most beautiful flower in the world just for her called the Smeraldo and fills his garden with it to ensure she would always come back for more. One day she doesn't come back and later he learns that she died and he is left alone and heartbroken never having found the courage to approach her and wondering if he had what might have been.

Its not their great performance,but your being nice by not criticizing the flat notes,if its your first time reacting to them youll definitely will not be impressed..but doing their best to deliver and be able to sing for the fans despite of struggle,it feels so perfect for me..
In 2017 I saw them first at their wings tour in New Jersey prudential center I went to the two shows they had and then I went to their love yourself tour they had in New Jersey also at prudential center lastly I went to the map of the soul tour at MetLife stadium unfortunately the concert for the following year was postponed due to corona but I still have tickets. Lastly, I saw them on good morning America twice one when they were promoting idol and the next for the summer concert series which was outdoors. From seeing them I will say 1. they have so much energy throughout the whole show, 2. Jin is a vocal beast he’s always stable and powerful, 3. They’re extremely beautiful 4. You leave with your heart feeling full

I like your reactions and I don't want to apologize, but Jimin lost his voice at that moment, he was very ill, he even said it in the documentary "behind the scenes" "it hurts me when I breathe" so the situation His health was not so good, due to the climate on the plane during the tour he fell ill very quickly. 💜💜💜

As much as I love your reactions I wish you would not only point out the things you like or love but also things that "negatively" catch your eye or ear. As a musician and producer I am sure you have noticed that three of them were off pitch during the first verse. And even if you are impressed by Jimin's voice (as I am, too) it is very clear that he was struggeling a lot here - they all did. So I agree to the comments saying that this ist not their best version of truth untold. It still is good, no question, and having performed a lot before, being on tour, being exhausted and ill, this is still amazing.
So personally, I would prefer your reactions to be a little bit more critical as you are someone who has got a little "background" here.
