@@theadamabrams An employee is subject to the rules of the organization and the supervisor the employee reports to. An employee does not legislate laws.
Former House Representative George Santos was not an employee that filled out a job application and reported to a supervisor. He was an elected lawmaker in the federal legislature. There is no federal law that allows recall elections for federal elected officials in the executive and legislative branches of federal government. A higher ranking elected lawmaker cannot expel a lower ranking member. Elected federal lawmakers are subject to the laws of the United States Constitution and rules of the respective chamber of Congress. Article I, Section 5, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution states:
_Each House shall be the Judge of the Elections, Returns and Qualifications of its own Members._
This clause implies that state legislatures cannot impose additional or stricter rules or qualifications on members of the U.S. House of Representatives beyond those specified in the Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court addressed this issue in the case of _Powell v. McCormack_ (1969), which involved the exclusion of a duly elected member from the House of Representatives. The Supreme Court held that the House had exceeded its constitutional authority by attempting to exclude Powell based on additional qualifications not specified in the Constitution. Article I, Section 5, Clause 2 of the Constitution states:
_Each House may determine the Rules of its Proceedings, punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour, and, with the Concurrence of two thirds, expel a Member._
Furthermore, the U.S. Constitution does not explicitly prohibit an incarcerated person from running for federal office. Former House Representative James Traficant ran for re-election as an independent while incarcerated in prison after he was convicted on ten counts of bribery, racketeering, and corruption and later, expelled from the House by a near-unanimous vote (420-1).

Would get up at 4:30am to be driven to the bus stop in the morning. Only to find out that there was a stop a few blocks from my house and there was another student who was going.
So we corrected the address and got my stop moved. We were never told why we were informed falsely that there were no buses for our area and they were going to deny me admission based on that when there was one within walking distance.

Very funny, and true. I guess it’s not enough for these kids with multimillionaire parents to have everything they ever wanted in life, the best clothes, the best homes, the best vacations, the best schools, the best "toys," the best exposure to the world, etc. etc. etc. They need to be allowed to cheat and steal a spot in college from kids who grew up working for everything they got in life thus far, and who had parents who worked more than one job to give their kids the stylish clothing the rich kids take for granted, the bike they can use to go back and forth to school, an alarm clocks get up EARLY every school day to take school buses long distances to take advantage of better public schools, etc. etc., etc. Those parents WORK and sacrifice to help their kids learn and earn a better life. And if their kids need extra help, they scrape together whatever money they can to hire tutors for their kids! And the rich try to steal that from them because their kids were too lazy, or too dumb to get into a school the right, and honest way! They make me sick! Bravo to the parents and kids who worked for and earned their place in a better life for themselves and their kids!

Imagine being able to afford every legal advantage and yet feel like the only way to give your daughter a future is to cheat, to knowingly commit a crime. If you look at the video's description, it still shows Roy Wood Jr. as one of the correspondents despite the fact that he left.
Quote: "This next chapter of this iconic franchise showcases its diverse news team of correspondents and contributors, including Ronny Chieng, Michael Kosta, Desi Lydic, Dulcé Sloan, Roy Wood Jr., Lewis Black and Jordan Klepper, comedy greats as guests hosts, and interviews with influential and emerging voices from across society."
Even if you also ignore the extra space between "iconic" and "franchise", they haven't even added the 2 latest correspondents.
