What’s the best time to go and enjoy the one way road? Before or after the TT?

It's only one way during the 2 week TT period. My preference is the first week (practice week) because its quieter and less accidents so you get more runs of the mountain in.

Poor lines & rough throttle control. Anyone that's done any laps over the Mountain would know that's just ragged & ugly...
