Best lighting. 2. Don't use foul language and expletives. Your audience extends beyond grubby car mechanics into educated circles. Clean speech is as pleasant and clean hands. Articulate speech does not rely on cuss words - find alternatives. 3. Leave your anger on a shelf in your shed. We all have anger inside us. No need to wear it on your sleeve. It is showing. 4.
