Turns out precision turbo has FINALLY released a bolt on kit for the F150 ecoboost! Thank you Gale for showing this. I can finally pair that engine up with your intake hardware, and stop the annoying OE leaks.
What are you talking about? They have "offered" to "rebuild" stock turbos with new wheels for $999 per turbo for a while now. But at $2000 for both they must be high on that Weed that has been passed in many places. I will throw a single turbo on my EB long before I spend $2K for "up to 150HP WITH other mods" on my rig. What a joke.

Gale why not try that turbo on the L5P in the killing a Duramax series and test it in a truck with the stock 10 speed on your chassis dyno and if you can replicate the conditions of towing something 36,000/40,000 pounds Mount Everest and if the transmission doesn't die then make a series called killing a Allison transmission

Will you need a check valve between the turbos and the supercharger to prevent air from being pushed back from the supercharger at lower RPM before there's enough exhaust to spool the turbos? Are you also going to spray some propane and nitrous to truely attempt to kill the duramax??
Gale Banks I've always wondered what would happen if you fed the supercharger with the turbos! Probably don't need to spin the SC as fast but wouldn't it be more efficient?

Hey question for anyone Who can answer but preferably and especially Gale, why would you bypass The blower and run the turbos straight into the manifold / into the engine when as far as I can see do you would get all the same flow and density dumping the outlet of the turbos into the intake of the blower and you could run a higher boost pressure if you had to because we are compressing in two stages sort of like a compound turbo set up instead of one?

How would a 6262 and 8080 do as a compound set up on a built 6.6 duramax? Something for towing not racing, so I want really fast spool. Going in something like a c5500-c7500

If the aftermarket can supply it would you consider using Inconel for turbo piping. Exhaust and valves?

This is getting pretty interesting. Your new setup harkens back to the 2 stroke Detroit’s with a turbo feeding the blower. The first diesel engine I rebuilt was an 8v-92. They were snappy, but like that duramax you have. If they weren’t so dang expensive, I would ask why you don’t just use a PSI screw charger with methanol injection.

The Ford 10.25 & 10.5 12 bolt (86-19 F-250/F-350) and the Dana M275 - Ford 17+ (F-250 HD and F-350 SRW) diff covers are planned to be available by late July or earlier.

Have you guys considered air blast at the compressor wheel the way it’s done on the Regera for instant spool?
3:25 last time I heard of ceramic bearings it was on the 6.7 power stoke and those turbos grenaded because of the ceramic bearings.
Actually, they failed from over speeding and the turbine wheel shedding a fin. This caused an imbalance and leads to bearing failure. This is well documented by Ford.

There's no doubt that Precision makes some top-notch equipment. But are you a little concerned that there's no water going through the CHRA? It seems to me that one would want both oil and water in the CHRA for longevity and reliability. Can you speak to this, Gale?
