I got them online. They arrived pretty quickly. I cut the straight side with heavy scissors and glued with E6000. My question is …if it feels like a pin prick, is that to be backed off on intensity dial? I don’t feel a whole lot (even with wetting the pads a little) until I feel a pinch.

Thank you for posting this. I started having gut symptoms and tinnitus at the same time (my actual 64th birthday)! I had Covid two weeks prior … never put it all together but I have been suffering for months. My Chiropractor discussed Vagus Nerve and treated me for the countless other things going on, and made me aware that the side ache in my hip was not muscular.
I am willing to try this and the supplement you suggested. I’ve been doing GoodBelly’s for 8 days (they recommend 12), so this will be part of that whole thing.

It us starting to help my motility. I take magnesium powder and calcium before bed which greatly improved my sleep. I will switch up the hz. Prior I was doing Wim Hof breathing and cold plunging but didn't help my gut. I stay off gluten and dairy. I tried a keto diet but had trouble digesting meat.

Thank you so much for the free download on your last video. I ordered my tens unit and ear clips. Been doing VNS for about a week. Definitely feel calmer. Also working on gut issues. System wide inflammatory issues, biotoxic mold that I can’t resolve, MTHFR, lung issues and weight gain from mold. Leptin and insulin resistance that continues unaffected by keto/carnivore, low carb for decades and the various injectables(bayetta, symlin, victoza, sermorelin)LDN, metforman and still nothing.I’m praying this works...aligning the missing link! Any studies on weightloss?, I’ve read the few that popped up on google but in practice at your place?

Look into Wim Hof cold therapy (additional way to reduce the vagus nerve’s sympathetic response- fight/flight/freeze- & increase the parasympathetic response), & his breathing method. Always check w/ your doctor first, of course. The cold therapy is an especially quick way to trigger the parasympathetic response, thereby strengthening & increasing that response over time.

I already had a tens unit because of a car accident 5 years ago. I don't think it's helping but cold showers are. My brain fog, head pressure, tinnitus, left ear ache, overwhelming sleepiness, and fatigue seem to lessen when I take a morning cold shower. All of those symptoms increase when my bladder gets full and no doctor has yet to explain that to me. I've has an EEG, MRI of my brain, numerous blood tests and 13 months post covid positive test results I'm having the same old problems and I now have zero faith in doctors that they even want me to get well.

Doctors & pharma want us to be sick. That's where the money is. They don't care if we die either. I've given up on doctors and have been seeking the alternative route. It's a shame it's not covered by insurance and it's terribly expensive. Thanks for the cold shower tip. My left ear is humming so bad right now that it's practically unbearable. I'm glad I found this channel.

therapeutic tVNS is between 0,5mA to 6mA max, and you shouldnt feel anything in that range. if you feel tingling that means youre way above 6mA which might lead to permanent vagus nerve damage.

@washwellness what about cutting down an adhesive tens unit pad to fit the concha of the ear for people struggling to get the clips to stick it that find the clips uncomfortable? The ear can be kind of waxy so cleaning the concha with an alcohol prep pad could be helpful, improves adhesiveness of the tens pad itself. What do you think? I'm thinking you could still use that on the concha and the pad on the back of the shoulder no?
