Re-Review Jaleo by Jose Andres Restaurant Review - Las Vegas Foodie (Strongly Recommended)

I reviewed this restaurant about 6 month ago. Enjoyed it so much I decided to go back again and it is still one probably the best Spanish restaurant in Las Vegas and would be deserving of a Michelin Recommended or even a 1 star rating if Michelin were rating in Las Vegas.
The restaurant is located level 3 of the Cosmopolitan Hotel at 3708 S Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas. It serves authentic Spanish tapas, Spanish wines, cocktails and more.
