Wow 18 years old the required age to be a Correctional Officer in the state of Florida. Damn, Ca is 21 years of age. I was 21 when I began my 18 years of California State Corrections Department.
Yup my boss retired CHP keeps telling me to do highway patrol instead he says it's better than the big city departments but even then he says new guys getting into CHP it's becoming more difficult they be raising retirement age too but they will at least give you better benefits for when you do at least that's what he's told me but I'm good man I ain't trying to be stuck in traffic during rush hour lol but I am considering it.

at CSP SAC. we had a sgt play cards with the inmates
