अपने शरीर को फिट रखने के लिए हमे अक्षय कुमार से सीखना चाहिए क्योंकि उनके बड़े बड़े डोले सोले नही है लेकिन बॉलीवुड में सबसे फिट है।
सर आप की बात बिल्कुल सही है। मेने पिछले 10 महीनों में फैट घटा के बॉडी को फिट बना ने के लिए बहुत मेहनत की हालाकि फिटनेस कुछ हद तक पा ली । पर कुछ गलती समय के कम होने की वजह से हो गयी जैसे कि वर्कआउट के बाद थोड़ी देर में ही नहाने जाना। जिस से ऐसी शर्दी होगई है कि सब मेहनत बेकार हो गयी। और लगता है कि स्लिपडिस्क की वजह से पैर के तलवे का कुछ कुछ हिस्सा हल्का सुन्न रहने लगा है।

I like the fact that...he said there is a reason behind the actors to transform... that's so true...
Not all celebrities are same. Aamir Khan did make a video on his transformation where he shared nutrition aspects. How he balanced diet with Carbs, Fats Protein. Also sharing his routine and lifestyle he followed. I was quite inspired. I was 82 and became 65 in 15 weeks at the age of 42yrs. Almost loosing 1kg per week with calorie deficit diet followed by 1hr work out 20 min swim and 40 mins cycling. I had suffered health issues and High BP and Dr. Had instructed high BP medicines for 6 months but i gradually discontinued getting to normal. It's possible and only if u have determination, consistency with desire to gather information. And I did this without any trainer and I thank Aamir Khan.
Reason to be fit should be in your habbit not only in mind & day dream ..
