I'm Sifu Kai, and I have 23 years of experience, including three years of learning from Grandmaster Chu in Hong Kong. Wing Chun - popularised by Ip Man (my great-grandmaster) and Bruce Lee - was invented by a Buddhist nun around 400 years ago and is designed to suit any body type, big or small.

thank you for sharing this, your explanation is brilliant.
Thanks! I'm glad you found my explanation useful! 🙏
33 years of training WC, I can't understate how good this video is. It will still take years to fully comprehend and develop the skills to apply this knowledge, but Kai has shared a deep and important understanding of WC in this video.
Thank you for your kind words, Andrew, I much appreciate it.
I'm glad you liked the video. Check out my others, maybe you'll like them too. 🙂
If you’re saying this after 33yrs then I really need to rewatch it. Not that I have any issues I mean I’m a nobody but for me the hardest part of pivoting is the settling and putting the weight on the back foot.
point three was exactly the confirmation i needed.
Great to hear, T.J. ! 😀
