If you purchase the kit that includes a new harness, the new harness will also come with a push-pull switch. We also sell the push-pull switches separately (ACC-0002).
We do! The part number is LGT-375L. This comes with a plug and play harness too so you can add accessories with a build your own kit or add them later as needed.
I watched a few videos on headlight installations and I like this video the best. Any ever have to adjust these headlights or do they all fit so well that the light beam is perfect every time?
Thanks Nathan! We haven't heard complaints on the beam. If adjustments are needed, they are usually due to the cutout made for the lights or if the cowl isn't sitting correctly.
Technically no. You need to have no more than 12V going into the light kit. You can use one battery vs. all (4) but the downside is that one battery will drain faster than the rest. A 48V to 12V reducer will drain the batteries equally. Both solutions will work.

What is the wheel and tire combo on the cart in the video?
It looks like our TIR-286-B wheel and a Mojave tire. It's hard to tell the size so either the TIR-288 or 266.

They are an orangish/amber color.
