Welcome back to Skypothesis, and thanks for tuning in to our latest build! Quick fix - in the alchemy section, Mephala’s Venom should be a poison of Frenzy made with Blisterwort and Fly Amanita
I am really shocked you guys have not made a ghost build yet Thanks to the new conjunction spells and the ability of illusion to become or have aspect of a ghost they could be called the phantom or the poltergeist
There's a contradiction in this. You said this was 150 yrs before the events of Skyrim but then your saying he's dragonborn which is present day Skyrim. Am I missing something here, how can this character's backstory set in 150yrs before the events of Skyrim then jumped to present day Skyrim with no explanation HOW. Like it would of been ideal if it was present day NOT a century and a half in the past unless this character is a time traveler which never was stated
I can see that wolf spirit actually helping him resist the dark influence of Umbra. I don't see Hircine having any love for Vile, Vile being a backhanded dealmaker, while Hircine is fair in his dealings. So perhaps, staying as true to his beast blood in Hircine's name means that beast spirit would be able to be true to him in return, staving off Umbra's influence until he can cast the blade aside.
That's what I think too. Not only that but he is also the Dovahkiin - Dragonborn. He literally has the blood and soul of a dragon - a gift from Akatosh himself as Arngeir teaches. So I'm pretty sure Akatosh has first dibs on his soul over Hircine and Umbra.
I like that this build utilizes potions taught to him by other skilled warriors/fighters, similar to how Batman traveled the world to gain the knowledge and skills he needed to fight crime.
Idk why I got so excited when The Burning Barbarian, The Stylite Storm and The Ghost of Atmora showed up. I've had a blast watching your videos since the start, and seeing that you still come back to your early builds even years later makes me super happy. Great build as always guys 😊
I never tried the pick pocketing techniques before because I found it to not be essential to any of my play styles. Oh, how I was wrong! Steal weapons and then wolfing out! Freaking awesome! This is going to be a fun way to play my werewolf now! Thanks skypothesis! Keep em coming!!!
I use Umbra right now in a Dawnguard “any means necessary” vampire hunter build. He collects daedric artifacts to either use them against the nightbrood or seal them away from the wrong people until they bleed back into Oblivion. A good way to play a character with good intentions and still be able to do the darker quests. Also he looks cool with the black DG heavy armor, the ebony spell knight helmet and boots and the ebony plate gauntlets. If you run out of ideas (don’t worry I know you have lots of fuel left) feel free to take that concept to the next level.
"I play as a character who follows the will of demons and kills innocent good people in their name so that I may retrieve their evil artifacts uhh... to keep them out of the hands of bad people yes that's why I do it" seems totally legit and not suspicious
I'm honestly so glad that this series is still going. I love creating characters in all kinds of settings. Elder Scrolls, 40k, Dragon Age, D&D, Fallout... Every time one of these videos comes out, I always get inspired to make more, even if I never end up using them in a game or writing a story about them. You guys are awesome.
Incredible build! Perhaps with the masks from the Tribunal dlc you could do a Dagoth Ur build, a dark elf wizard who gains knowledge of necromancy and blood magic (from a certain loathsome lizard character)
Honestly, even if I end up not playing this build, this has to be one of the best ones yet! The conflict and acceptance of his souls fate... damn. Looking forward to the next one, keep up the awesome work!
A wonderful build all around. :) For a ray of hope, I wouldn't be toooo worried about our lycanthropic vigilante, here. Frea states that Akatosh chose the Dragonborn for a reason, and since his soul is indeed that of dragon, perhaps he'll return to Akatosh when he's gone. Still, it's good that he has a plan B, and is willing to be a hero in spite of his own sacrifices. Well done as always, guys. :D
I really love this one too! I have never had a reason to actually use those two two-handed swords before! I love Nocturnal & Werewolf combo; I would have never of thought of that! Great vid & build like always! Keep up the great work!
This is a really good build and honestly one of my personal favorites right up there with the redoran swordmaster, on my next play through which I am now about 4 in, counting my very first, I'm using this vid as a building block for it
Awesome. I love the themes of sacrifice and the burden of being Dragonborn. A truly weathered soul. Plus I'm not sure we've had a principled thief yet, but the Drifter might also qualify in her own way. Dope aesthetic as always.
Very well put together build~ I love how, without spoiling too much about Elden Ring, you incorporated some of the more tragic elements of Blaidd's character into this build seamlessly~ Looking forward to future builds!
With the announcement if Necrom and the Arcanist class for ESO I'd love to see a hermaeus mora inspired build I'd love to see some takes on the ESO classes in general, how to recreate, say, the dragon knight and so on
I love this build I also roleplayed that he found a powerful werewolf ork wearing werewolf pelt with the might of a captain that helped him hone the beast and taught him to make ghostblood
Alternatively, he could learn the Wildblood mixture from the Wood Orc, as a fellow member of the Companions (though he'd take issue with the Stormcloak association).
While esthetics are more important that meta gaming i wonder how the embony mail would look the black mist covering the dragon born in combat and in stealth i feel would also look really cool for a character like this
I was so excited to finally be ahead on some bills so I can finally purchase some merch! You guys have no idea the inspiration you guys have gave me to log some major hours on skyrim like never before, even though I don't copy your builds I still watch every one and it's so inspiring and I do take ideas here and there for my own characters. P.S out of all the UA-camrs I have watched over countless hours on here I have never purchased any merch from any of them. Keep up the good work and I am excited for the next builds to come! Edit: while I do like listening to fudgemuppet for lore stuff, when it comes to builds I prefer your presentation and videos way more. You guys are doing great :)
I hope you never stop these Skyrim builds. Each video makes me jump back on the game and give them a go. Not sure if you've used it before but there's a mod called "Wintersun" it allows you to follow one of the deities of the universe and get bonuses for doing so. Encourages various playstyles as well. Would love to see some daedric followers from you
I won't be able to play this build because the anniversary content and creation club content breaks my mod list. However it's very cool and I just want to say I love the roleplay of this build! Amazing!
The duality makes this a really cool concept! I like that this guy is actually similar to the Smuggler, but is more driven by the Dragonborn status, and the way he goes about that is also cool, though tragic. You don't usually see lycanthropy treated as a kind of spiritual refuge, so that's a nice twist. To be honest, I wasn't keen on the main three alchemical gifts at first, but I think I'm coming around on that. I just got the feeling that: First, the Shadow doesn't have a mixture that's completely his own (I guess I still feel that way); and second, the Shadow seemed to be given more weight as Dragonborn than the Ghost, Stylite, and Barbarian. In other words, I didn't know what the Shadow would be if not the Dragonborn. But I suppose he would just be a devoted member of the Guild in that case, and having not been involved in the Helgen incident at all. Come to think of it, resolving the Guild's misfortunes (what Delvin believes is a curse) fits well with his main goal.
I do like these build videos quite a bit because I struggle with being able to come up with anything on my own that isn’t super basic. I treat them more like a gameplay guide and come up with my own RP that suits me.
I’m glad you guys made another werewolf build with the matching vigilant armor set. I mean who doesn’t love werewolves? Aside from Vampires and the vigilants ofc!
I been liking the builds you come up with. I got back into playing Skyrim after a have five year break. I been play lighting cleric build using spell breaker sheild using lighting, healing and, alteration spells in the main hand.
got me playing again with these fab ideas. currently playing a wood elf arcyer hunter who never got on with magic, family nmurdered by mages discovering his dragonborn sees the shout ability as a means of gaining revenge against those responsible.
I get why yall used Umbra and Shadowrend for the story but I have to say the new claw weapons from Anniversary Edition would have been great for this character especially since he has such a Batman style aesthetic. Great build video none the less!
Criminally too few subscribers for the quality and thought behind your videos. Absolutely love the special moves for this build, especially Shadowstorm!
Give this channel a crown or trophy or something because this channel just taken shadowrend a weapon from the creation club with the worst enchantment for a weapon and one of creation club let downs and put it in a build and made it useful this go to show that this channel Is amazing fudgemuppet got Nothing on this 👏 👑
I’ve made some augmentations for my version. My version also has a bit of destruction put in to be able to use runes. When I finally reveal myself, all the enemies that come running fall into my traps. Feels very much like something Batman would do.
Absolutely love these anniversary edition builds I'm currently deep into the 9th priest playthrough! Definitely going to have to get multiple characters on the go and play the rest of these amazing builds! Can't wait for the next one! I keep coming back to check for a new upload lmao
I did this similar build. But with wolf gauntlets and boots. The helmet I used was Elite Wolf armor mod helmet. Batman style archetype but the black wolf!
I Love the Idea behind this, and I play Something very similar right now. Umbra Soultrap Crossbow with Explosive Bolts against Groups Soultrap Crossbow with Normal Bolts + Poison of Damage Health and Lingering Damage Health against Bosses My "Agreements" are: 1) Wielding Umbra 2) Serving the Daedra (Hermaeus Mora for Black Book Passives and Actives, Nocturnal for Nightingale Active Heal Ability, Hircine for Werewolf) 3) Defiling Azura's Star 4) Completly siding with the Greybeards (improving my Dragonborn Powers) Factions: Dawnguard (Crossbows and Bolts) Companions (Werewolf) Nightingales (Active Power) Greybeards (Shout Improvement)
Cool build ! Although it has some defaults i think you really surpass yourself with video production this time. I love the shots with dark colors and the character in the shadow, it looks really gorgeous life if this was a video on a dark fantasy game and not Skyrim. I think you have made the best introduction for a character with this one. I love how you took a quote from Mercer at the end of the Thieves Guild questline to give context to "the difference is i still have honor" it sounds and looks so badass ! The backstory is also a masterpiece i didn't know about the lore of Umbriel and it increased my interest in the novel The Infernal city, the concept of a floating island which spread raise the deads on its path and curse famillies for generations sounds so bizarre and so cool ! One of this build biggest flaws to me is the special move section. I think it would have deserved to be more flesh out. For exemple, you could have included Marked for Death or Burning Brawn in Hircine's Gambit, make a move including one of Nocturnal powers find at the end of the Thieves Guild questline or a move involving the werewolfs totems and rings. Hircine's Polymorph (Beast Stone + Potion of invisibility) from The Whiteskull Warlock would have been an interesting inclusion here too. For the Warlock, he made a deal with Hircine to temporarily transform in a werebear but for The Wolf's Shadow it would have been cool to roleplay it as the character casting a more violent and bestial shadow of himself. Still a great build but i think you have missed a few opportunities, i know how hard it is to make an interesting werewolf build as their abilities aren't as versatile as vampires so it's really cool these guys get more love since season 5 ! I hope you have more werewolfs planned for the future and i'm looking forward to see your future creations !
I'm in the process of making a werewolf crusader who combines the wolf armor with the vigilant silver hand gauntlets, boots and helmet. I wanted a cursed paladin who uses his beastblood to combine with his divine magic to smite the undead and defeat bandits and dragons. But he is heavily inspired by your batman-esque character. Just use chrysamere and dawnguard rune hammer instead of the two greatswords.
Wish there was a "prowl mode" for werewolves. Basically crouching for stealth. Imagine this, you drop down to all fours and you can than either drop down on your enemies with a quick throat tear as a kill animation or do a bounding leap (much like the sprint attack) where you pin them to the ground before crushing their chest and a slash across the face. That'd be awesome 😍
I want to see you make the nord dragonborn from the trailer. He only starts with the gear you see ofcourse but after level 10 or so expands his gear and skills over his journey from meeting the blades to the mages of the college of winterhold to taking down Alduin, Harkon and then Miraak. Id like to see your view of his evolution from that story.
Welcome back to Skypothesis, and thanks for tuning in to our latest build! Quick fix - in the alchemy section, Mephala’s Venom should be a poison of Frenzy made with Blisterwort and Fly Amanita
OUI OUI VERY GOOD CIEL JANTE BUILD INDEED 11/10 BAGGUETES
I am really shocked you guys have not made a ghost build yet
Thanks to the new conjunction spells and the ability of illusion to become or have aspect of a ghost they could be called the phantom or the poltergeist
The Kvetchi Mercenary armor set would've been perfect for this build! Love the videos

@@robertcraig7085 Pretty sure he said Umbriel happened 150 years before and the curse was hereditary, had the same thought to.
A werewolf nightingale who became that way because he thinks he’s in over his head as the Dragonborn? I LOVE IT!
I can see that wolf spirit actually helping him resist the dark influence of Umbra. I don't see Hircine having any love for Vile, Vile being a backhanded dealmaker, while Hircine is fair in his dealings. Definitely naming this guy Blaidd. Also the roleplay and story is honestly amazing
But then he needs to be a vampire
@@m3ntal_c0re why would he be a vampire? Blaidd literally means wolf
@@HollowHighlander I was mixing it up with Blade 😁😅
Honestly, I played this guy as a nameless warrior, but the people of Skyrim know him as "Wolf."

try 6 months 😢
@@tombellringer9424 I'm still hoping
Dammmmn, the backstory was DEEP. I love the synergy between the beast blood and the influence of Umbra.
Calling it now: keep this up for ES6 when it comes out (in like 2030 😅) and you’ll have millions of subscribers, hands down.

Id like to see your view of his evolution from that story.
You…made…Batman….. I freaking love it!!!!!!!!!!!
