I have a friend that went down there after the last hurricane and somewhere down below St Petersburg and he worked for 30 days and couldn't make one roof sale he said because there were thousands of sales people on the streets and homeowners are very suspicious.
I know there are a few theives that take the check and run and this is part of the state laws being created.
That sucks for the good hard-working man.

wondering if you heard of these guys called Ameripro (formerly American Dream Home Improvement) for forging home owner signatures in multiple states and facing criminal charges. probably why they renamed to ameripro. They are based out of illinois.
Too much government is always a bad thing, and if you are a non citizen then the rules don't seem to apply to you so much.
Until they get ahold of you in Florida . Guess it depends on where your at but I agree. This is just one more tool for them to get their hands in our pockets .
Is this the law only in Florida ?
No it is an addition to a federal law that affects all states .
