This needs to go viral. No one is talking about that. Everyone is afraid to have this conversation. Thanks for your courage sir 🙏🏾 Very well spoken.

I appreciate you saying this! A lot of black pastors cower around white counterparts and won’t say this but ALSO like you said, white people (especially Christian’s) should not be sweeping this under the rug and downplaying how egregious racism was and is.

0:20 I totally agree with this. I listen to Rabbi Jason Sobel. He is a Messianic Jewish rabbi and really explains things so well. You should have him on.

This was so good! Thanks for addressing this subject matter.
Side note: The BEMA Podcast🎙️is a great place for people to start learning. They take you through the scriptures from Genesis to Revelation through the lens of a historical Jewish perspective.

Yes!! So true. I’m reading through the Bible and in the OT now. I’m learning so much about what we weren’t taught about the Jewish culture. This is such an important topic and conversation.

I saw a video where Billy Graham did speak on racism - I gotta find it again but in his defense he did speak on it. But I agree we needed and need more.

I would like to push back on speaking to our own. IMO, this only applies to you if you’re really engaged with your community.
For example, Candace Owens can’t talk to me about the Black community because she’s not with us on a day to day.
Sharing the same identity doesn’t equal relationship. And a solid relationship is the prerequisite to speaking to your own.

As a South African who lived under the oppressive Apartheid government, I gotta say that I am pretty sick of the word racism always being flung about. I wish we could move on and work together the same way Mandela wanted us to.

In order for the Christian to truly understand the Holy Scripture fully one needs to know the Hebraic people and how they interpreted the OT. To ignore this is shameful and to believe that the Church has replaced the Hebrews is incorrect and is labeled Supersessionism. What happened in this country is that the Europeans, especially the British believe they had the divine right to come to this already discovered establishment land and forced their way from the Atlantic Ocean to the Pacific Ocean. John O’Sullivan coined the phrase “Manifest Destiny”, which meant God destined the white man to conquer this land. I have stopped referring to the early “American” leadership “Founders” of this country and refer to them as Framers of the U.S. Constitution.

Israel of the Bible is NOT THE STATE OF ISRAEL in the Middle East, Beloved.
Them folks is the Jews in this passage 👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾👇🏾
“I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan.”

Not jump on any band wagon butttt speaking of Peter lmao. In acts he is told by the Lord too go too Cornelius. Too which he gave the gospel, testimony of Jesus that was then baptized. But when reading Peter seemed too not necessarily not care but decided too not be moved by his own thoughts/emotions of what was too take place. But after Cornelius and the house hold received the holy spirit without baptism and through the teaching Peter understood from Jesus of baptism he commanded them too be baptized. Too me, for me rubbed me as Peter falling into his own emotions and thoughts through commanding people who have already be chosen by God through his, Peter's authority, too which Cornelius his self as well with Jesus, holy Spirit decided too be baptized because of the good news before Peter's arrival and testimony. Thank the Lord for his power and might that he was baptized in the spirit before Peter spoke his command. Idk idk maybe I read too much into it. But it was giving wishy washy I wanna do it, I can do it, I demand too do it kind of thing. Maybe I can word what I'm saying more clearly, I don't think Peter was wrong for doing the baptism but it seems the way my mind reads he went about it was a little off but again the Lord, Jesus had already set the tone and gave way that it didn't stop the work of God! What's your input Tim and basement!?! Again this isn't a flag being thrown on the field too call some body out and dawg them but perhaps see something that wasn't seen at first even in our self that we could learn from.

But that’s the point he is making it doesn’t matter at the end of the day if we make ourselves being Hebrew more important than our relationship with Christ our identity is Him.
