Cream Cheese Danish Recipe with Berries

This cream cheese Danish puff pastry is incredibly easy to make! With a cheesecake-like filling, fresh berries, and a tangy lemon glaze, these danishes are a delightful treat.

🥐INGREDIENTS FOR CREAM CHEESE DANISH:
►2 sheets puff pastry, thawed (from one 1lb box)
►8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
►1/4 cup sugar
►1 egg yolk, room temperature
►1/2 tsp vanilla extract
►1 tsp lemon zest from 1 small lemon
►1 1/2 cups berries (we used 12 strawberries, 12 blueberries, and 12 raspberries)
►1/2 Tbsp powdered sugar, optional for dusting
🥚Egg Wash Ingredients:
►1 egg
►1 tbsp water
🍋Ingredients for Lemon Glaze:
►1/2 cup powdered sugar
►1/2 tsp lemon zest, optional
►1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (or add to achieve desired consistency)
