Someone tell Hawkin to clean his windows 😉
Congrats! Yours seem a lot more skittish than the ones we have in Minnesota
I was wondering about that that! It's certainly possible!
the intro 😂 my fave bird-tubers in the same video is always going to be a favourite!
Haha! Thanks for watching! Hopefully someday we can all get together and do a video/adventure!
Good morning 🌅 to you and Hawkins from Hong Kong 🇭🇰 SAR. The Canada Jay is indeed a fascinating bird to watch on your videos. 👍👍👍👍👍👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻Congratulations on catching 📸📸📹📹this bird. Thanks for this interesting video 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Good morning!! Thanks so much for watching!
So glad we got it!!! What a great day of birding
Thanks for joining me. Cheers to many more adventures to come!
Never seen a pine grosbeak or a crossbill. I liked that crossbill footage -- pulling off the pine cone. I saw a Canada Jay back when it was called a Gray Jay! It was in Colorado.
Great selection of mountain birds!
Sending you grosbeak and crossbill luck 🍀 That’s awesome! They are really cool birds! Thanks for watching!
If you go camping in the foothills of Alberta, the Canada Jays, or Whiskey Jacks, will land in your camp site and help you eat your snacks
That's amazing! Would love to camp up in Alberta someday!
Congrats on getting your target! Despite living in Canada, I've never seen a Canada Jay! Their range just doesn't extend as far south as I live in the east. Someday I'll go north to find them!
Thank you!! Sending Canada Jay luck your way!!
shoutout to the Canada Jay and Jrow
Shoutout to you my friend. Legend. Thanks for watching!
Heh, dig that cheeky Brown Creeper with the vertical style...
Such a cool bird to observe and film!! Glad you enjoyed!
Glad to see you two doing another video together! So fun. I didnt know it was illegal to feed the birds up there. Ive been bringing peanuts and fruit for over 50+ years. Always got Camp Robbers and Clark's Nutcrackers to come into the Mirror Lake campground every time. I guess i wont be doing that anymore😢. If you go to the Uintas again, Butterfly Lake is a quick hike around and can be done in 45 minutes and lots of birds, usually an osprey or eagle. I hope you and hawkin can do more videos together.
It's always fun when Hawkin comes to town haha. I would double check. I know that holds true for National Parks, but not so sure about National Forests or BLM land (although they are usually interrelated). There are plenty of other people feeding them (unintentionally usually) so you will still be able to enjoy the wildlife haha. Oh wow, I would love to go up there again soon! Yes, Hawkin and I have some BIG things planned for the Summer. Thanks for watching!
I called the Kamas ranger station and they said no feeding the wildlife. They said we don't want to domesticate the critters, so that's totally understandable. Glad you and Hawkin have more things planned in the future!
Awesome video! I saw Canada Jays in Banff National Park in Alberta last year, and they were EVERYWHERE! It was really cool.
Thanks for your kind words! That's amazing! Yeah they seem to be in good abundance up there!
Congrats on breaking your lifer drought. Pine Grosbeak would be a lifer for us. Maybe when we visit in next May we might be lucky.
Thanks so much! Sending Pine Grosbeak luck your way!
Congrats on your lifer Canada jay!
Thank you!! 🎉
Good stuff young man, appreciate the research🧑🏼🎓
Thanks I appreciate it!!
Awesome that you broke your lifer draught!
Thank you and thanks for watching!
