    Ingredients:
    - 3 large eggs
    - Salt and black pepper (to taste)
    - 2 tablespoons coffee cream or milk
    - 3-4 bacon strips
    - 2 slices of bread (or 4 if using regular bread)
    - Butter (5g per slice, plus 10g for the skillet)
    - 4 slices of cheese
    Instructions:
    1. Crack 3 large eggs into a bowl, season with salt and black pepper, and mix well.
    2. Add 2 tablespoons of coffee cream or milk, mix again, and set aside.
    3. Fry 3-4 bacon strips until crispy, then set them aside.
    4. Slice 2 pieces of bread, butter one side of each slice, and melt 10g of butter in a skillet.
    5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, tilting it to evenly coat the bottom.
    6. Place the bread slices, butter side up, on top of the egg mixture.
    7. Once the egg has solidified, use a plate to flip it over, wrapping the egg around the bread.
    8. Place 4 slices of cheese on one bread slice, top with the cooked bacon, and close the sandwich.
