You are a lifesaver! I’m 31 and recently got back into art since high school and so many fundamentals have left my brain. I recently began a new project with the white and black dragons from How to Train Your Dragon and was STRUGGLING with Light Fury (the white dragon). Your picture came out beautifully, thanks for sharing!

Wow! I learned so much! I am 60 years old and have not really drawn since I was in Highschool but now that I am close to retiring I have so much enjoyed videos like yours that show techniques and hacks to make your drawings come alive! I look forward to getting back into this medium and having fun with it.
Thank you for sharing and I look forward to seeing more of your work. You are amazing!:)

Could you do a video on how to draw complex photos? I always get confused when trying to draw really complex areas of a drawing

I love the intricate details! Could you give me an example of a few subjects that might be helpful, or something specific you would like to see me draw... just to give me some ideas on what would be most useful for you?

@@LanaGloschatArt Yes, could you do like a bird, and how to accurately capture the texture of feathers, and also maybe like leaves and flower backgrounds, because for some reason I just can't draw really intricate things, because it starts to feel overwhelming so I rush around it and it ends up not looking right. Hopefully that makes sense, thank you!

Wow, you are really a great teacher. I decided to learn from you in two ways... I do have a small channel myself and the way you structure your videos and the information you give, I realise now my own videos need. This VO stuff doesn't come easy to me, maybe because I am not an English-native - so to say. 😇
You explain things really well and your drawings are just stunning and the fact that you draw flowers, gave me a confidence boost. Because I love to draw them myself, but they are not doing so well as my animals. But I think I know one reason why now....
So, thanks for giving me a little push and boost 🥰

Thank you for this super thoughtful comment. Making videos is hard and there is always something that you can improve… which can be fun but also frustrating… ha ha…
Sorry for the super late response. I took an extended UA-cam break, but Im back and just posted a new video today if you are interested:

Finally!!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 a White Flower!!! Oh, I love it Lana! Every time that I'm watching your channel, I learn a lot about the colors, layering, many different technique.... specially this tricky color, white and yellow, because, I don't know, you make this very easy very pleasant to watch and draw. These colors are a bit complicated because they are light, and you give it that magical touch!!! With those beautiful lavender, ochre, pastel colors, it's absolutely beautiful! thank you so much! You inspired me a lot! Always!!!

The in depth explanations of these more “challenging” colors is such a gift. Thank you so much! I’ve been looking for awhile for vids specifically about white, cream, yellow…. And you have appeared now with incredible teaching! Thank you! Subscribed! ❤🖍

Thank you so much Lana, that was fantastic, lol not too hard, depending on what one wants to draw, I must admitt, I think I choose to do the hardest things though. I should try small, it would he easier 😖. Great tips and work you have there, I love how you colour, blend just everything. Love also your smile and your being so cheery and positive. I think I am too self critical, I obviously have to loosen up and not to forget to breathe and have fun drawing & colouring! You are a great inspiration 🙏💕
