    I was actually looking for the kodiak cake recipe the other day and winged it.. I added egg whites instead of milk which adds tons of volume and protein, also dash of baking soda. I also add frozen cherries or blueberries. Try it out!

    Always a good watch when you post, Joey, hope you're doing well! Love the meal ideas, I follow a plant based diet with no fish, meat or eggs, but it's always fun seeing how others eat! Gives some good meal prep ideas 🙏🔥

    are you still tracking every day or just for the videos? I tracked for over six months straight when I was cutting but am finding it very tedious and mentally exhausting at this point. I'm trying to lean bulk right now but when I track I find myself constantly thinking about food and hitting my macros. lately I've just been prioritizing protein and eating intuitively which I've found eases the food obsession but at the same time I'm worried about over eating

    Great video. Ive only tried it once but the casein protein thickens yoghurts etc loads better than whey. Airfyer on order innow know first thing I'm cooking mmmm turkey bacon

      @@JoeySuggs before you start the flame, just spray the grill down. no issues with fire. if you try to do it while there is a flame, you could run into some issues, lol.

    U really should cut out seed oils not good for your health. Lower your polyunsaturated fats and omega 6 and you’ll feel so much better and satiated
