I was actually looking for the kodiak cake recipe the other day and winged it.. I added egg whites instead of milk which adds tons of volume and protein, also dash of baking soda. I also add frozen cherries or blueberries. Try it out!

are you still tracking every day or just for the videos? I tracked for over six months straight when I was cutting but am finding it very tedious and mentally exhausting at this point. I'm trying to lean bulk right now but when I track I find myself constantly thinking about food and hitting my macros. lately I've just been prioritizing protein and eating intuitively which I've found eases the food obsession but at the same time I'm worried about over eating
