I wonder what would happen if you got a electric E bike and put a 2 stroke on it as well. It will then be a hybrid bike where you can have a gasoline engine and then your electric power as well as pedal power! Sounds like a cool idea but at the same time maybe not. Great video!
And what's the most it can pull because I'm like 220lbs.And I want to put bags of groceries in the basket.And I will be going up sand down some hills ? I want to get a bigger more comfortable seat.What is the names of the bigger comfortable seats ?

15mph. Don't know about the torque or a govenor wire. It's mostly for old folks or special needs I'd offer

Steep hills might be an issue however I'm 220 and it had plenty of zip. As long as the incline isn't too steep, I'd guess you are good
