    I wish someone would do a review on how well they tow a small trailer. I planning on using mine to go to the beach to do some fishing in the ocean or lake and need it to be able to pull the trailer with my gear.

    Thje price and the trailer hitch quickly put this one at the top of my list of trikes. The Addmotor E310 is there too but while it has more range it is more expensive, and the XP Trike it ok but that one, I hear Lectric has some QC issues.

      @kurisu7885 Fun Fact, the stock battery actually had an Addmotor sticker on it.

      Hah, that is a fun fact. SO they use the same battery.
      Hmm, which also might mean the higher capacity batteries from Addmotor are compatible.
      In all honesty the trailer hitch at the back is also a consideration.

      @kurisu7885 Ooooops, my mistake. It was the Maxfoot E-trike that had the sticker. Sorry, so many bikes, they all run together.

      Nah, no worries. It'd be cool if the batteries were interchangeable at least but I know that's not always the case.

    Thanks for the coupon codes. Will you be reviewing that dual battery bike soon? I'm curious about the range and speed.......

      I don't think I'm going to be able to review the MC3 AWD unfortunately. But I might have another MoonCool surprise for everyone in May, stay tuned.....

    I’ve seen others put the axle in the other way, do you think it matters? Also you showed the green connector wires that go together. The manual says nothing about this, no wonder it wouldn’t turn on. Some say there is a spacer in between the rotors when packed. Also the manual does not mention this. I didn’t notice one and hopefully it’s not tucked in there. Do you feel that thin axle is enough to support the front forks and whatever weight is forcing down on that axle? If that’s snaps it’s a bad situation.

    • @E-Ryders
      @E-Ryders  5 місяців тому +3

      If you look close, the forks don't sit on the thin quick release skewer. When we put it on, we set the forks on the little sections sticking out that are threaded on each end before putting skewer through. But yes, it's fine, it'll hold the recommended weight for the Trike.

      @@E-Ryders I see what you’re saying if they were directly on the axle the wheel wouldn’t spin. I see no advantage of the quick release in this case with the design. I would rather have a nut on each end of the outer forks to secure it in place. Same with the folding of the bike. Other than for storage space, no one elderly and most people in general are lifting that folding bike into a vehicle.

    • @layyyry
      @layyyry 5 місяців тому

      @@E-Ryders if that axle isn’t there the wheel is just resting on the small nut or whatever part that is. So it’s the ends of axel quick release and plastic screw on knob that holds it tight in place. Relying on a plastic knob isn’t ideal over time

      Will this fit in the trunk of a Honda Accord 2018?

      @@anthonyanthonyphotography5804 Probably not. I think they have the folded dimension on their website if you scroll to the bottom of that model.

    Great video, I have a question. I didn't see that space you took out when attaching the wheel. I saw the little bar. My bike makes a funny cranking noise. Also it seems to be kinda stiff to pedal.

    Very nice looking Trike! I'd get the orange one! Or...maybe pink Is the paint finish shiny or matte?

      I got the the orange one just a week ago. The orange is shiny and looks really good. I wanted bright for high visibility and that it is .

      @kalanikaluhea5409 I agree, but need to buy quality wireless mics that don't pick up all the wind noise while riding.

    I'm now to e trikes/bikes but want one. How many levels of pedal assist are there on these bikes? Also How many gears? Is it a single gear or like 7?

    So I assume this is another Chinese built bike.

      Of course.....lol, the US stuff is like 2 or 3 times more expensive and it seems like the 1st time US e-bike consumer is more comfortable buying around the $2k mark.
