I love cranes but my knowledge is still lacking, i built cranes with straws and now i'm only at a level where i have a toy plastic one that was broken and i had to modify it, but i truely want to be at the level you guys are at. Is there a way you can teach me?
Incredible skill in these scale models, somehow the term doesn't seem anywhere near adequate, miniature engineering marvels seems more apt! I believe in some cases it's simpler to build the full size thing! Perhaps several ground level cameras would ad something!

ppdan Hoi, Sorry but every thing is custom build exept for the tires, bolts and nuts, hydraulic pump, hydraulic valves and the electromotors. The rest like the gearboxes, suspension, hydraulic cilinder and slewing ring are home made. Take a look at mij website ;-) rmw-technoscalemodels.nl you will find some pics during the build

It took them over 50 years to build my house. They move very slowly. The food on the picnic table went bad and they eventually starved to death. My brother died the exact same way. Scary.

Es gibt über das Jahr verteilt einige Modellbau-Messen, am besten einfach mal googeln. Es gibt auch einige Foren, in denen man Infos bekommen kann. Viel Spaß beim Erforschen, das Hobby kann echt süchtig machen. :)
