Stry setting up as a Send using Pre Fader so You can do a parallel Processing independent of the actual track. Works like a dream.

Nope. I think it can be got for about 30 usd now at Waves though. There's always some sort of deal on at their site on a lot of their plugins.

Yeah, it's not an essential one, you can easily achieve the same with other plugs. I happened to get it in a bundle a few years ago ;)
