This is my process for designing and building a Puzzle Stool on my Shapeoko CNC Machine. I designed the stool in Sketchup, then transferred it into Carbide Create to assign my toolpaths!

Hi,
How did you create the pocket allowance for the letters? Did you pocket first then use a contour function on Carbide Create?

Yea, it’s a pocket tool path on the bench top. Then I offset that vector by .02” and carve an outside contour of the letters on 1/2” stock

The legs are very crooked. I think you needed 1/8th on each side, not 1/4. I bet I am right. Measure it.
