I took my berlitz exam online last night. Mine was kinda different with this one. It's for sutherland SOPI assessment. There were six situational questions that i needed to listen to. Luckily, i prepared a pen and notebook and had some prepared intro and suggested answers based on different situations. I just altered them to match the question given. I had 30 seconds preparation, so while i was listening to the audio, i just jotted down important details. The introductions i prepared really helped a lot to lengthen my answer so i only needed to add a little, that's why i avoided a lot of thinking, therefore, no pause, no fillers and no nervousness on my part. Though, i was not confident that my answers were actually correct, i was confident that my voice was clear and i spoke well. Thanks to all your tips, i received a good news when i woke up today that i passed ☺️☺️

I was a customer service rep and i had a client who purchased a laptop and had some issues. 3. A client wants to upgrade his internet plan for her children who are going to have an online class 4 a business owner who is asking for additional telephone extension for her new two employees 5 a client who owns a restaurant and is asking what's better, upgrading their cctv or adding new units. I forgot the other one..

My berlitz exam was completely different from yours. I tried applying wayback 2018, and it was actually my first time applying on BPO. I was told to sit on a quite small room wherein there is a computer and a microphone intended for only 1 person. There will be series of questions appearing on the screen, those are different situations and what do you have to do is to address those concerns and think and see things just like a real Agent. It was quite hard, I only have at least 30 secs each to answer everything but it was fun. ♥️
I heard there's a pre-recorded version of Berlitz but I haven't experienced it myself. I think that's what he experienced. Didn't know about it yet when i made this video.

Iba yung berlitz na naencounter ko yesterday. We are given 6-7 situations and we are going to record our response to those concerns. And now nareceive ko na ang result, I didn't make it. Sobrang nakakalungkot at nakakadismaya. Nakakababa ng confidence parang ayaw mo na itry ulit 🥺🥺🥺
It depends naman sa account mo yun. Di lahat ng account merong berlitz. AT&T kasi yung account ko as Tech Support sa VXI kaya required si berlitz or language assessment.
Your videos helped me a lot during my interviews and my versant test I passed the exams made it to the training period but unfortunately didn't make it I was scared and confused because I got the financial account hahaha and some of my co- trainees have accounting backgrounds or degrees etc. I was amaze actually even if I failed I felt like it was a big achievement for someone like me to be in that training even if im a highschool graduate more.. more powers po ma'am
I watched all the videos in less than a week. I wanted to ask what are the salary ranges that are the average for a CSR and the other salaries when you climb up the corporate ladder. I remember when I took Berlitz assessment 7 years ago and I was asked to describe a bus in the Philippines and the direction on how I will get home from their office. Some of my key takeaways are as follows, ensure that your words and thoughts are clear. Do not speak too fast and always try to expound your answer. Kudos to you girl, you did it well 😎😎😎

I've done my berlitz 2 days ago and it was not like this. We were told to sit in front of the computer with an autogenerated scenarios and instructed to answer those within the time limit. (Answers were recorded instead) It was so hard though. The questions are not based on hobbies or your self but more about the job (account).

For my experience, id rather talk to a foreigner im calmer than a filipino interviewer. It keeps u uneasy i dont know im more confident to speak out my mind bec foreigner tends to have a conversation in a interview mostly than a filipino with just plain interview. Thanks for this ❤😊

What you experienced was Versant test. This one is Berlitz and the interviewer is real human.

Mock call. Real situations or actual complaints na ng mga customers talaga regarding sa plan, subscription, modem, phone etc.

For my experience, id rather talk to a foreigner im calmer than a filipino interviewer. It keeps u uneasy i dont know im more confident to speak out my mind bec foreigner tends to have a conversation in a interview mostly than a filipino with just plain interview. Thanks for this ❤😊

I had no idea that this is Berlitz. Haha. I passed my interviews with no idea what this exams are all about. Btw I just had my assesments 2 days ago and I'm just researching what svar versant and Berlitz are all about. Hahahaha baliktad eh.
