    Cx was routed to Customer support from automated system upon setting up payment arrangemt, did offer other selfservice option and cx doesnt want to pay for support fee because of that.

      Depende sa account if strict sila. Pero baka wala na rin yan. Kung meron man ay yung mga necessary na questions talaga. Like if technical ang account then tatanungin ka ng mga technical questions. If hindi mo mapasa, sa ibang account ka na naman ipapasa na hindi technical.

    Hi po! New subscriber here. I just wanted to ask kung dapat ba fast-typer ka before ka aapply sa call center or isa na din yan sa training nila?
    I am not that good at typing po kasi wala akong laptop at sa school namin ay once or twice a week lang kami gagamit at one hour lang kaya hindi po talaga ako magaling. Btw, I'm a Senior High School Graduate po.

      May mga account na walang requirement sa typing speed pero may iba dapat ma reach mo ang minimum. Ang typing usually ay hindi na kasali sa training. Mas maganda pa rin, kahit na di required, na mabilis ka mag type. Mas napapadali ang work mo.

    Hi po, I just want to suggest po if you haven't made a video about this. This is about job interviews, cause I've been watching your job interview samples po, and I wonder if you can make a scenario about an applicant that has only 6 months or less than a year BPO experience. kadalasan po kase ngayon if you only have 6 months or less than a year BPO experience, and you weren't able to justify the reason as to why you left your previous BPO company, liligwakin kapo nila agad. Just a suggestion po, I hope makita mo po message ko this can help a lot of people. Thank you po.
