I would have guessed the Python would bring the highest $$

What ??
Elvis was a class act real down to earth guy. So many stories of his generosity and kinds acts.
I read that he did a concert to help with the Arizona Memorial and did not want his name on a donor list explaining that folks might think his effort was about him and not the Arizona.
How could anyone ever part with those revolvers, they're priceless?
Jim Dent I know, I would make at least one of them my concealed carry pistol.
They aren't priceless. They have a value to them everything does and most people do.
Bobby Crow maybe to assholes
He's dead
@@jamespilbeam209 Somebody had to own them in order to give them up for auction.
if one of these somehow got handed down to me and i'd ever get is serious money trouble, i'd be a bum with an elvis revolver.
id keep it its so damn pretty hah
Agreed lol
Financially opposed, couldn't be a bum with that pistol in your holster!
That’s what makes you kinda deserve it
@@billrowan1957 highly sought that unless the thing was a piece of tin that wouldn’t work. And if you’d still think so that’s what would separate you from the good and bad than straight into ugly.
Just another reason why Elvis is the King of Rock N Roll
The workmanship on those revolvers was as beautiful as anything I've seen on any firearm. European engraving, especially German and Austrian, is the same as their optics, second to none.
I read in the biography of Elvis.." ELVIS WHAT HAPPENED?" ...
ELVIS KEPT A FREEDOM ARMS FIVE SHOT 22 MINI REVOLVER IN HIS BOOT AT ALL TIMES! Although he loved his fans he knew that there were nut cases out there despite his bodyguards insecurity he kept the five shot freedom arms mini revolver..in his boot.. one concert he was doing moves on stage in the Derringer fell out onto the stage luckily one of his security scooped it up before anyone could see it.. ELVIS WILL ALWAYS BE THE KING OF ROCK AND ROLL
That Python proves the King was the King
the quality things you have in your life, will outlive you, plan for that!
Those guns are absolutely beautiful. I had no idea he had such incredibly good taste in gun mods.
These are beautiful revolvers, stunning. Even the leather case is cool. God bless America. Love from England.👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇬🇧🇬🇧👊
Thanks Dad
Thanks my English friend
@@cowboywoodard2569 you are most welcome. 👍
1/2 the rounds fired from these guns were at TV's.
Ask and ye shall receive. ua-cam.com/video/my_Z7BdYAzI/v-deo.html
And his DeTomaso Pantera. That copped a few rounds through the door one morning when it did not start.

Absolutely incredible
As cool as it gets awesome in every way !!!!!
No doubt about it, the King knew bling!
Learned alot here. Always liked Elvis I had no idea is respect for law enforcement! Good going guys
I want those more than I'm allowing myself to say. Besides those being my 2 favorite revolvers ever.......bro.....its the king of rock n rolls revolvers. I'd freeze to death before I got rid of those.
Now videos like these I can watch because they are fact and not fiction. Thanks for posting this,
It's our pleasure. :)
Elvis just loved stuff
This was a nice gun to talk about by gunjesus Ian.
Thanks for sharing 😮 legend
Guuuuuaaaaauuuuu me enamorè de esas piezas!!! Cuanta belleza junta!! Y saber que fueron de Elvis....bueno....ni hablar!!!!!
I think I agree
Excellent video guys!
I would imagine if that gun could talk, it would sound like Elvis.
Great for shooting TV sets!
GUDNESS ME... *THESE ARE REAL WORKS OF ART!!!*
Wish I had my license...
These are *THE KINGS HIMSELF?...Well,even if I DID have my license and sold my house...it probably wouldn't be enough to get all of these...my Gudness Gracious
I own a 1963 Smith & Wesson 19-2 Combat Magnum!
Whew. Those are beautiful. There is one story about Elvis getting heckled in traffic. He pulled a derringer on the people.
He had so many cool things.
ROCK ISLAND, Ill - Two of Elvis Presley’s lavish revolvers sold for world record prices in a May firearms auction hosted by Rock Island Auction Company. A highly embellished Smith & Wesson 19-2 revolver, clearly seen being held by Elvis in a period photograph, brought $195,500, and a similarly decorated Colt Python revolver sold for $172,500. Each price is a world record for its respective model. They were followed across the auction block by the King’s diamond and ruby studded Shelby County sheriff’s badge, the original Elvis-signed contract to purchase Graceland, and numerous personal documents also signed by Presley
The King needed some big guns and this is why he loved high powered handguns like these.
Very nice. Those guns are priceless. I’m wondering what they sold for. Thanks for sharing.
172k and 195k dollars
Pra quem morreu no trono FOI O REI
Elvis Presley loved shooting television, it was fun for him at the Hilton Las Vegas hotel.kkkk
Wow what beautiful revolvers ! Hope I’m related to new owners.
I would die with those guns on me!
Im in love
... and most people can't hit a broad side of a barn.
I wish Ian from Forgotten Weapons had done a video on these.
I suspect he may not be an Elvis fan.
How can you not be an Elvis fan?
... but he is a gun fan.
Fun fact , that Colt Python has a Cameo in the Elvis movie with Austin Butler .
Pretty 🤩
That python though 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I wonder what pistol Elvis used to shoot out his TV when Robert Goulet came on ?
The one in his hand.
Awesome pistols thank you!
It's sad but all that should stay together Hopefully one rich guy buys Them all
I bought a S&W Model # 27 over a Python back in the 70's
Cool beans.
Hi Joel!
Bawnjorno!
I think those are out of a collection in Reno at the truckstop. The used to be a 76 now I think it’s a TA.
I own a 1981 Colt Python. His is older than 1977. But what year?
💪💪💪💪💪💪👍👍👍👍💪💪💪💪💪💪
Be nice to hear Elvis sing Live This Summer...One Of My Favorite Song is.."IF I COULD DREAM".61421tqr.
Elvis was the coolest.
Anyone know what this set sold for??🤔
It's in the comments ....
👍
Talk talk talk
Well...if I was rich, I'd also have custom engraved weaponry. Some would be AR's, AK's, M14's, 1911's, .500 S&W's, L1A1's/FAL's....a lot.
...and those are beautiful weapons. Absolutely beautiful.
Elvis had more than two handguns.
Didn't know he had guns!! :)
Quite a few actually. Loved to collect as well as shoot.
Buzzard the arms enthusiast Elvis' life was threatened, he at times went on stage wearing guns in his boots. I kid you not.
He was an American that lived in the 50s of course he had guns.
@@lilianvantrappen4947 most of the time he had at least one or two tucked in his boots on stage.
King of taking peoples music!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Never heard of registering any gun in the 70s, 90s yes with back ground checks some States required hand gun registering, mine still does not and has what is called constitutional carry.
Illinois started foid cards in 1968 I believe
Very few states require registration. Only 4 or 5.
I wonder how many tvs he shot with those revolvers
WWWWWOOOOOWWWWW
Only fitting. The Embellished King of Rock had the Embellished King of Revolvers.
I hope these guns show up in the upcoming Elvis movie by Baz Luhrmann (hell, considering how the guns were decorated in his "Romeo + Juliet" it'll be even more disappointing if they don't)
I would pay 500k for that collection
I want that S&W🔫 the colt is cool to but I'm a S&w guy.
Excuse me.....I need to go listen to some Elvis hits.....
I heard Elvis wanted that sheriff badge.but the sheriff didn't want to give it up. So Elvis told him that reelection is coming up.elvis sad he would run for sheriff. That's how he got it
Di verdade
Do you have to grow a beard to work there?
It helps.
wow gorgeous revolvers, i´m Danish we´re not allowed to own firearms the same way as you guys in America, did Elvis own other firearms?
How much to hold it? Twenty five dollars a minute? Three dollars a minute if you want to look at it.
Not one treasured item goes with the owner/makers to heaven... only ownership during lifetime. Nothing goes with us, only what we've done on earth of our teachings an what we've seen/learned.
The Grips appear to be IVORY. It is supposed to be 'illegal" to sell Ivory. I am not in favor of such a law, but I "inherited" some jewelry that I could not "sell" as it was ivory. I could GIVE it away, which I did, but could not sell it.
I think he said it was scrimshaw, which I believe is whale teeth.
They say that Elvis Presley had more than 250 guns I don't know if it's true or a lie, when it comes to Elvis Presley I believe that it had.
I believe it I've known railroad workers that's had way more in there basement all to pass away and the sons to sell off but I guess the dad realized that would happen possibly even intended them to
Luckily The Elvis didnt pay off with gifts . . .
Tacky. Just his style.
The real prize is the .45 Elvis gave Nixon one time.
I believe that's still housed at the Nixon Library in Yorba Linda, CA.
He's Tricky Dick from Yorba Linda hes the genuine plastic man.
i love that colt pyton revolver
Hell like them all, I'm a huge S&W MAN
That's the problem.
Elvis gives you a gun & you'll likely cherish it for life.
Your kids etc?
Off to the auction/pawn shop in an instant.
" Nattering nabombs " of gun nuttery
Killer guns. I quess you get shot if you steeped on his blue swade shoes
i would never ever sell them
These are guns Elvis gave away.
Popular these days because Rick grimes carries one on the walking dead
Só sei que ele estourou uma TV na bala por causa da Priscila, kkkkkkkkkkk
Does Pastor Bob Joyce Look familiar ?🤔
Check it out here on UA-cam...
Pastor Bob Joyce...
Your welcome......
Wait, wait.. You can not show those beautiful guns without Ian!!! You will soffer the wrath of Gun Jesus!! :P lol
Still has peanutbutter on the grips
William Daniels lol
Its a shame you didnt include Ian in this video
Would have took that gun to my grave
the king of pie eating that"s about it
Colt Python = Rick Grimes = The Walking Dead = popularity!
I like your channel.... but your double ads you cant exit out of makes you look cheap... im just sayin.........
Elvis who?
The Sad thing in this clip is we all see most of the time thath 2 boys .....we see Tham speaking more than we see the = GUNS => we enter the clip to see GUNS .!!!! And NOT 2 Fat old boys speaking ....
😝 You left out the baseline impetus of his "respect" for law enforcement and the 2nd amendment. The deranged drug fueled paranoia.
These type of guns are ugly.
Typical Elvis, tasteless and tacky. Shame as he was a great performer
