Just one question, is there a reason you didn't put the eye/hook on with the first resin coat? Is it more sturdy with a second layer of resin? Does it need to be separated from the flower petal? Just curious!
    Thank you!

I have tried and have yet been successful, each time I do one side, the bottom start to curl or gets dark spots from the resin on the other side. Petals are fully dried. How long do you wait after first coat? I want to achieve this style so bad!! Your work is so beautiful!

Thank you for your comment.I use this resin www.etsy.com/listing/553982269/resina-liquidissima-kg-16 but you can use any that is intended for jewelry (not for construction, namely jewelry). To prevent the resin from sticking, I use a silicone Mat or a file for documents.

Crystal clear sealant. Apparently there is one you can get at K mart in the US but I don’t know anything about that one. I do need to recognise Steve McDonald for his work with resins for this information. Steve does lots of experimental stuff with resins His channel is also very educational but with a bit different slant with what he does. He has a tutorial called “preserving artificial flower in resin do you seal or not” which I did find helpful
