Fran, you are a treasure! Your videos are outstanding, you explain things extremely well, and you're a pleasure to watch and listen to. You've been my primary go-to resource since I started in resin world. These pegs are pure brilliance! Thanks for all you do for us.
Holy cow!! I have already ordered a batch. Love this SO much and what a wonderful time saver for me and my popular suncatchers. I love being able to sell my suncatchers for a dollar each using dried flowers from my yard. This will help me save time and mess (from resin dust). Thank you Fran!!
Oh my goodness, I was just wishing there was this kinda thing out there! Well done, Fran!! Sometimes holes can just be part of an artistic expression in a piece as well.
Literally this week I was thinking about ways to embellish the jewellery my partner makes and these will save so much drilling and clean-up work, SO GOOD!
SORRY ALL! Had to upload this new version of my video, please resend comments and let me know if I can help with anything. Love you all!! fran@little-windows.com
I have my ow way of making holes of almost any size. I repurposed a few things and have developed a couple of unique items for sale. But these little silicone hole makers are fantastic!
The best ideas are always the simple but overlooked ones. Excellent design work! I can't help but wonder if larger ones, of different shapes can be made. These would leave a patterned space that could be filled with a contrasting resin. Just an idea.
You are so right! I was originally planning for shapes and also trying letters and designs - didn't work as the resin left a lot of holes, but I'll keep trying! Let me know what shapes you'd like to see :) - Fran@little-windows.com
This really is a game changer. Kudos to you. Off to watch more of your videos now. Will go to your shop as well. I just started I polymer clay but am looking at resin as well…
Brillant! I bought these as soon as they came out. I love little windows. I have alot of their molds, I also bought some resin. I havent been able to use their resin yet so I cant say anything about that, but the molds and hole makers work amazing. Plus frans videos are so relaxing. :) Very creative and she has the most beautiful designs. I cant praise them enough!
They look like the bullets that used to come with those toy guns we used to pick up at the gift stores in hospitals with targets...interesting concept.
You just turned up in my feed, and I've subscribed straight away. These are amazing ! What a brilliant idea... I'm going to be getting these. Can I suggest different shapes as well maybe hearts , stars, ovals
Why thank you @JessicaSky! I sure appreciate your feedback. Let me know how these work for you and how your projects turn out :) - fran@little-windows.com
@@LittleWindowsResin Fun fact i have some of those i use for my prosthetic eyes ! but never knew they would come in handy for creating LOL ' so i went to ur site and added them to cart , will be so handy for creating accessories in my small business 🥳🥳
@@LittleWindowsResin I shared the product in a Resin FB group and it was such a big hit, so many comments of positivity, and wonder, many didn't know this existed and ordered some goodies. Happy to promote such a wonderful product and an awesome creator as well. ♥
Totally genius, amazing innovation! Now can you make thin wall lines for dividing the molds into straight length halves or jagged lines for like broken hearts and such?
Hello @geekette9755, thanks for your feedback! Hmmmm, interesting idea, I'll have to noodle that a bit and add this idea to my brain's product development wish list so I can dream about the best approach. Oooh, I have an idea already! Thanks for the inspiration :) fran@little-windows.com
I want these so bad, but do wonder about the possibility of a couple other sizes.. I think these are awesome. I had tried cutting little pieces off of a silicone brush, but didn't have a way to get them to stay in place, and they didn't have good ends. These little suction cups seem awesome!❤ thank u so much 4 sharing this amazing product with us😊
Fran, I ordered these and I'm so excited to try them. Question though, some of my pendant molds are concave, so the 'plungers' want to sit at an angle. Any advice?
Hello Chris! I know what you mean, if you don't want the hole to be at an angle, I've had success running a straight pin down through the Hole Maker, then bending it so the hole curves up and out. I then needed to support the hole maker so it didn't go wonky while the resin set up, I used 2 Tiny Pointy Swabs but you can use pencils or whatever you have handy. Please let me know how this works for you :) fran@little-windows.com
Yes they sure will! I've only done simple tests since I don't have much skill with polymer clay, so please let me know how your projects turn out - photos are always welcome :) fran@little-windows.com
Hello! The skinniest ones are wibbly because they are so thin, to get fine holes. Easy to support with toothpicks, Tiny Pointy Swabs, or pencils. Thanks for asking :) - Fran
I'm not an impulse shopper by any means, but I purchased these as soon as the video was over. What an amazing idea!
