@@RyanREAX why? Super35 has figuratively been a standard in cinema for decades. If it’s good enough for Hollywood, it’s definitely good enough for most people.
How do you attach the samsung ssd to the fx6? Been wanting to use Something like that for my fx6, but was afraid Something like that would harm my camera. Thanks
Love your content brotha def gonna think about getting an iPad after getting a new light I also know u said nanlight but what do you think is equivalent to a 600LS from aperture?
I recently chenged to the sony a7iv and been loving slog3 a lot. How do you go about run and gun settings changes? Like when you go from a light scene to a dark scene in one take, do you set iso to auto? Still trying to figure this out since you still have to expose correctly when using slog3.
Variable ND filter if the lighting change is not super drastic. I would not put iso to auto as the image noise can get weird on auto. It’s tough to answer your question as the situation can be different every time. I do not recommend using auto for any setting.
Id love for you and Ryan to do a head to head shoot out with similar camera rigs so we can see your talent when shooting the same scene but different perspectives. Maybe have an actor walk across the street so you two can see who can make it more cinematic.
Trying to figure out my B cam I have the a74 after looking at all of your videos I have been considering the fx30 for my b cam do you think that would work?

FX30 has had one of the biggest ROI for me. Such a cheap Bcam that pairs perfectly with the big boys. If you have an FX3 or FX6, its a no brainer.

Yes. Just make sure you do the math when pairing lens with the FX30. It likes all the light you can give it too
