Amid ongoing violent conflicts abroad and a deeply polarized domestic political landscape, focus has moved to the academic community and the delicate balance between free speech and incitement. Former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice joined Baker Institute Director David M. Satterfield and discussed how leaders - both on the world stage and in higher education - have responded to the present domestic and international challenges.
