its crazy to think that over the years iv spent so much time and money to put together a set up to achieve only half of what this can do. Im seriously thinking about selling most of my gear and picking up one of these.

I would like to know wlhen will the Rane Performer be working with Virtual DJ?
Awesome, what's the trick when using stem split and we manipulate the main layer (acapella)(let's say it becomes out if sync with the instrumental) how do you get out of it and resync or eject the second deck? (Regain master soundon deck 1 or 2)??
If you are scratching the acapella, just select the instrumental deck and then hit the STEM-SPLIT button again to line everything back up with the instrumental.
Anyone have any ideas why the songs only load on the controller and not the laptop. Serato doesnt scroll with the button on the controller. I just got it and so confused
Make sure you have the correct computer input selected on the PERFORMER (A or B)

Will the added effects be made available for the Rane Four?
The Choppa and Mute FX were added to the FOUR, but the Fader FX are only available on the PERFORMER and the A-TRAK SEVENTY
This thing is just killer. Please tell me this is compatible with Algorythms DJay Pro on iPad.

How is the cross-fader set in the box when opening ?
The Cut In is set at 3 for both left and right sides as the default

Yo Rane make this compatible with Rekordbox already because i want this but don't want to switch softwares again.
FX BPM copy is not working form me. Any ideas?
Make sure you select the BPM value with the joystick first, then hold shift and tap the joystick to the other side to copy over the BPM
Love everything with one exception....why not make the effect names a display like pads so when you change them the name matches. Big miss here I believe.

I must be an idiot but 3 out of the 4 channels on my Performer work as expected. However, if I have a song loaded in deck 1, absolutely nothing effects the audio (aside from pause / play / I am able to manipulate it with the platter). The channel is set to the Left side (Not Thru) and the volume faders for channel 1 do nothing and same with the crossfader. If that song is playing you are hearing it. The Paddle FX don't work with this channel however the Channel FX do.
U probably need to map something or maybe dig into the controller setup
Make sure that you don''t have a FADER FX loaded to an FX button and enabled

Any word as to when this will be compatible with Virtual DJ? I jumped the gun and I received mine 2 days ago. I didn't set it up yet. Lesson learned... "Never Assume"

and Keylock must be without shift button cos, dj need to change it with one push, one finger

Been waiting for this i knew rane was gonna drip this years ago the only thing i dont like about any of these controllers is that they don't stop like a technics 1200 which always stopped me from buy any other turntables but i do love controllers just dont like there brake if any one can relate i like that smooth slow brake not that sharp digital brake
You can set the brake to be sharp or slow, dial it in.

We made some adjustments to the audio levels based on viewer feedback, we're always listening!
My RaneOne has totally broke down with software issues and Rane is offering NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and help at all. Left with an expensive piece of garbage. NEVER BUYING RANE AGAIN.
If you haven't already done so, put in a ticket at rane.com/support if you believe it's a hardware issue. If you think it's a software issue, please contact Serato or whatever software you are using.
