@RaneDJ make a 1272 Performer! I'll GLADLY PAY $4,000! But it has to have a multi-touch 10" display, wifi, Stems w/ fx, 4 channel ins in which fx can be applied, music aggregate streaming, Bluetooth, SSD hard drive slot, Ableton Link, Booth & Zone outs, etc. @denon_dj take notes!
Or denon can beat you to it... But I prefer Serato, just want a standalone (controller or mixer/dvs)

0:22 - how did you stem split so quick or make the cut edit without showing what you did there? 1st channel volume levels then 1 + 3 are being used with upfaders up? when did you make that jump??
I love my rane performer this is so much you can do in your set all right there in one controller love the fact that Rane listen to the customers thoughts and inputs an came threw with this one great work Rane can’t wait to see the the Rane 12 will come with the stems on it as well that will be a beast 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Hello - great question! The mic inputs cannot be used for line level. Inputs 3 and 4 can be used for line level or phono level inputs, though.

Yes you do. It’s just an upgraded rane 4
Hello - great question! The Rane Performer is not standalone, so does require a laptop or other computer that can run Serato to function.

how does the physical sticker stay in sync if the disc isn't fixed to the wheel?
The only flaw of this controller is the wheels that spin too fast. The perfect speed is that of 33 rpm.
The wheels can spin at either 33 or 45 rpm, selectable on the hardware.
So I suppose it's OK to use this in a club with a laptop. Or why else didn't they go with a Stand alone version of this controller. ?

@@bpmdjpro I honestly love it it’s stuck in my head I bought a different brand controller yesterday that had an issue. I went and swapped it out right after I saw this video currently about to adjust the feeders tension and then try to teach myself how to use this thing. I hope to one day be as smooth and fast as you my friend
