The White plantation owners who were for separation from France called themselves "Pompons Rouges", they were for a lot more representations, less taxations and the ability to trade with any countries and at the price they deem fit best (Lot of connections with the American Revolution). The Loyalists called themselves "Pompons Blancs" , and they were for the structure of the French Monopoly to be kept in place. As you mentioned, the Affranchis were for Equal Rights to the Whites as suggested in the Code Noir, the last one was a set of laws regarding the French colonies in the Caribbean at the time. Lastly, you had the Enslaved People fighting for their freedom.
