The stock plate is textured powder coated PEI, it shouldn't need any adhesive for PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS or ASA (although it will need to be enclosed for ABS and ASA).
En el mio al menos si, en la pantalla de la impresora me aparece todo al 100%. Igualmente al menos en velocidad de impresión se puede bajar e incluso subir de 100% en velocidad. Cuando quiero que haga menos ruido y que imprima con mejor calidad bajo a 50 la velocidad de impresión y al 50 los ventiladores

Hello! Two questions: 1) How hot need to be the bed and the nozzle? 2) my printing stick very bad on the bed and is so hard to peel (plus the printing when I peel it, The filament loses its shine and white parts are visible.(I used color filament))
i use the parameters which are given on the box of the filament :) dont peel it just take off the table part of the printer and it will come down itself

What are the ideal speed paramters for walls, infill, base, top to bottom, etc.? Please let me know
for the bottom i use 40% speed, the sides and the top i use 100%

I think you have some underextrusion on the first layer, might be good to run the calibration.
