Such a good point about stress, drinking, late nights, sugar, etc. being contributing factors!

Found the solution for my back tweaks in the Becoming a Supple Leopard book... Doing the pelvic reset thing every few days and haven't had a tweaked back issue since, almost 2 years. (Was something I'd dealt with weekly for many years prior.)
    Thank you!

Man you really helped me out because intuitively. I already knew all of those things because when you described them, that is exactly what I thought I should be doing. I’m walking right now and I’m gonna go put some heat on it. Most importantly I’m glad I’m calming down because I know that’s also part of why it’s so stressful.

Since starting running I’ve really learned to appreciate a brisk walk. Never tried a med that helps but walking does.

That would be a cause for concern. Hyper extended elbow, not a cause for concern. 😂

Could you please make a video addressing pain in the Achilles tendon? I always get it inflamed when I do rope jumps or back in the day when I played basketball. Even long drives with the car can make my right heel Achilles tendon feel stiff and inflamed the next days. I had some injuries back in the day, but overall my physique is very normal. I still can do sports, only that thing is really something I couldn't find a solution for. Your videos are very much appreciated anyways! Stay safe!

Love the info, Kelly. Always so useful. Thank you for getting it out there. But you might need to some captions or just links, and maybe a follow through example of a potential example treatment as not everyone lives in the same kind of world as you.

I got all images taken. Nothing structural. Still. Right side of lower back almost always hurts. My right hip pops and cracks all the time. The popping and cracking makes things feel better.

Can you put captions on the screen when you talk about or use terms that normal people have never heard of? Winhoff breathing? Patreko? etc.

First one he mentions is Wim Hof breathing, which is amazing for calming down the body. Second one, I think, is Buteyko breathing, but I'm not too sure about that.
I do agree that captions would be a nice addition to this great channel.

Hey Kelly, is there any value in prone lying if suffering from non discogenic type back pain?

Do you have a video about a curved spine that does not shift to the other side when walking or standing on one leg. Also have a tweeked pelvis bet cant seem to get it in the right position again. This is a chronic problem

Could someone please explain the difference between MOTION and MOVEMENT in this context? (Sorry, I am not a native speaker.) Thanks!

My guess he means things like torc. Pressure/tension that tweaks things within the muscle-skeleton structure but you don't "move/displace". Does that make sense?
