Anxiety makes you risk assess anything in the past or future that could potentially give rise to the sensations. Anxiety didn't even let me enjoy a massage! The only thing you can do is keep your creative mind thoroughly occupied, with consistency.
Anticipatory grief is a real thing when a loss is imminent. Excellent topic too. But that's more a grief issue than an anxiety issue, unless the anticipatory grief is not based on imminent loss but worry about possible loss.
@@AnitaPerrinethis is what I worry about. I have anticipatory worry about losing someone and then worry about how I will survive and handle the grief of that loss happens
With anticipatory anxiety every thing that crosses your mind has a catastrophic outcome.

Anticipation of anxiety symptoms with OCD like focus is the problem waiting for the other shoe to drop.
