In less than two minutes, master potter Mark Hewitt turns a lump of clay into an elegant mug. Here he narrates his process, making it sound and look so easy! Mark makes well over a hundred of these in a day, adds the handles the following day, and on the third day he adds the decoration. Then they are loaded and fired in his massive wood kiln for a 3-4 day firing. This mug will go into Firing 109, and be on the shelf at his Spring Kiln Opening Sale on May 26, 27 & June 3, 4.
