I've known that girl #180 since she was a cub of the year two years ago. I got her and her siblings out of some tough spots that summer/fall/winter! Her mom, #182, has only one single cub of the year this year. Saw her last week.
I have 80 acres near Tahoe and encounter bear and Mtn. Lion frequently. I have a several brown bear that come right up to me and nap with me on the porch or in my hammock.
This is bad. That bear is too close to people. It's only a matter of time that the bear acts like a bear and startles people. The bear will then be shot in the head
