I was lucky enough to be in the ballroom at Adepticon for the announcement. Probably 50 people left before the final video (it was presented as an encore) the GW events team did an AMAZING job. The pop-off during the reveal was HUGE. It was a ton of fun, the Q&A was really cool as well.

Magazines on top of the gun do have a precedent in British and Australian guns.

The carnifex looks like a mix between 3rd edition and the 2nd edition model
I found the trailer amazing just cuz its the ultrasmurfs getting their ass handed to em. Also that riflemans profile looks a lot like some versions of the rifleman mech from battletech

It would be pretty cool if that was a Norn Queen. I kind of feel like if it was, the trailer would have made a bigger deal about it, since that would be a pretty significant character.
