Do we need to grease silicone mould as well?? Also is it ok if we prepare batter at night n store in fridge n make muffins in the mrng

You don't need to grease silicone mould if you have good quality ones. And if you are out of India you could always use cooking oil sprays (avocado/canola)

Today I made these muffins but it was not bake well. I follow your method bake 30 minutes but after 30 minutes when I take out from the oven muffins was cooked from upside and down side nice brown colour appear but raw from inside . I cant eat these raw uncooked muffins all gone waste.
Please tell the right quantity of water I think you tell wrong quantity of water.
