Made these. Was not going to use the peanut butter but a friend said I would love it. She was right. Do not leave out the peanut butter. The taste of these reminded me of a the first time I ate egg rolls years ago at a place in Chinatown in Chicago. The best! I did not cook the shrimp or cabbage long at all so these were not overcooked. These were easy to make. Even my picky eater loved them.

Omg these came out so darn good. The peanut butter was the kick up. I chose to use his recipe becus of his hands. I could see the hard work he does or has done rolling and cooking with love. Thank you... can't wait to see what else I can get into with his guidance 🙏
