Sir in my opinion the ingredients should be 5-6gm L-citrulline, 3gm L-tyrosine, 2gm DL- malic acid, 200-300mg caffeine and 200mg L-theanine only. The combination of theanine and caffeine is one the most widely studied which promotes enhanced cognition , since the two compounds have clear synergistic effects when consumed together. And just like l-theanine, l-tyrosine also works synergistically with caffeine, since it increases catecholamine production while caffeine increases their release.Several studies have shown significant benefits associated with l-tyrosine supplementation regarding cognitive enhancement, improvements in concentration, as well as helping the mind cope more effectively in stressful situations and rest you know the benefits of citrulline malate
Caffine- 100-200mg
Citrulline malate-3-5gm
Beta alanine-2gm
Taurine-100mg approx
Creatine monohydrate- 2-3gm
Small amount of vitamins and minerals if needed
Citrulline Malate 2:1 - 6gm (For Pump)
Beta Alanine(Carnosyn) - 2gm (For Endurance)
Organic Natural Caffeine - 150mg (For Energy)
Electrolytes or Coconut Water Powder if required.
1. Brahmi - to Increasing Attention/Concentration
2. Beetroot extract - as it has Nitrate
3. Beta-Alanine - Decreasing Muscle Fatigue
4. Ginger Extract - as it Soothes Sore Muscles
5. Citrulline,
6. Caffeine
Sir according to me these ingredients will be best for my pre-workout drink.
1. Caffeine-220mg 2. L-citrulline-3g 3.Beta-aline-3g 4. D aspartic acid- 500mg 5. Yohmbine- 2.5mg (optional for cutting period) 6. Creatine -3g .
for me taste Doesn't matter if the ingredients do the work 😁😁
Hello sir, as per my opinion following are must:
1. Citrulline malate as study shows it is much effective then arginine to improve endurance and minimize both fatigue and muscle recovery time.
Quantity 4 gram(coz we can take it 3-6 gram in a day, so even beginners take its advantage)
2. Beta alanine as per studies the function of this to increase or boost the performance because when we do heavy workout, at that time lactic acid produce so to overcome or to buffer it beta alanine convert into carnosine within muscle and helps to delay the fatigue.
Quantity is 3 gram(it has daliy limit of 2-5 gram and it also give tingling effect)
3. Caffeine as it works as good stimulant.
Quantity is 200 mg(it has daliy limit upto 400mg)
4. Some natural flavours to just give it some taste so everyone can enjoy it.
As per me for certification INFORMED SPORTS is best as they are globally renowned company and test products of WADA prohibited list and last but not least they tested each and every batch of certified product.
Hi sir,

Variants like anhydrous, di-caffeine malate, caffeine citric acid blend, etc. are OK too.
Creatine ( 5 grams )
Common variants: monohydrate, hydrochloride (HCL)
Beta-alanine ( 3-4 grams )
Citrulline malate ( 6-8 grams )
BCAA (branched-chain amino acids)
Betaine (aka trimethylglycine)
L-theanine
L-tyrosine
Taurine
In my opinion, as you rightly said, most people don’t need a pre-workout supp. Just a shot of coffee that delivers an 80-90 mg dose of caffeine is good enough for their focus goals. Preworkouts are for those who want that little extra, for going that extra mile; getting those crucial last 2-3 reps in a set, when they are working out to failure. But the thing is that not everybody is doing that. Not everybody is wringing their bodies to that extent in the gym. First step is to educate people as to who needs it. Once that is done, keeping it simple and not loading urself without a host of useless ingredients, as you say, is the way to do it. I like sticking to simple ingredients. 200 mg caffeine and 6g of citrulline malate (taken 45 mins before the workout)
Sir, according to me, the ingredients should be :-
1)Caffeine Anhydrous : 70-200mg
2)Citrulline Malate : 2g
3)Sodium : 300-400mg
4Potassium : 300-400mg
5)creatine : 2-5g(absolutely optional, because it can be taken in post workout also & moreover, many people don't even need to )
6)Beta aline : 2-3g
Ingredient
1. Caffeine
2. Citrulline malate
3. Potassium and sodium (electrolytes)
4. 8:1:1 BCAA
5. Pre-workout with Glucose or without glucose
6. For natural flavoring Lemon, orange, pomegranate, coconut water etc.
Labs for testing are
1. Labdoor
2. Inferno Sports Inferno choice
3. NSF
4. USP
5. Consumer lab
Hello Akshay Sir. It's a great initiative. Now people are doing research about what they are consuming in pre-workout supplements and trying to find importance behind it. People are actually getting serious rather than following bullshit trends.. I have very less knowledge about it but read some articles about pre-workout supplement ingredients.
1. Caffeine : It is a stimulant so it can increase alertness and energy. Most studies indicate that caffeine is highly effective for workouts when consumed in doses of 0.9-2.7 mg per pound (2-6 mg per kg) of body weight. Caffeine may help improve performance in strength or power-based exercises, but study results are mixed.
2. Creatine: It is used as a substrate in the most rapid energy-generating pathway in the body, which is used by our muscles during powerful, forceful contractions. A typical dose is 3-5 grams per day, but you can also take 20 grams for 5 days to rapidly elevate your muscle creatine stores.
3. B vitamins: Especially vitamin B12 plays a key role in energy production and metabolism, while branched-chain amino acids fuel muscles and have been shown to support muscle protein synthesis.
4. Green tea extracts: To mobilize fat, and some contain electrolytes.
5. Beta-alanine. It increases carnosine, which reduces the acidity in our muscles during high-intensity exercise. It is generally recommended to consume 2-5 grams of beta-alanine daily. Taking it with a meal may be even more effective.

L Citruline malate min 4gm to 7gm endurance and strength

This are the basic ingredients required which are essentials.

Electrolytes (electrol)
Caffeine . Small amount as possible.
L arginine . Small amount as possible.
Beta alanine .small amount as possible.
Hello sir, I'm doing bodybuilding for 3 years and according to my research and studies, these are my suggestions:-
1. Caffeine- Obviously one of the best ingredient to be in a pre workout which acts as stimulant and provide good focus and most importantly it should be extracted from natural sources. Around 120-150mg per scoop will be fine
2. L- Citrulline- after caffeine, I think this is the most important ingredient for any pre workout as it boosts nitric oxide production in our body.
3. Now here's the case that I'm not much in favour of addition of creatine, I think if we add citrulline+malate as malate does provide extra energy during workout and I also think that we should avoid beta alanine as I personally don't like that etching thing and malate does the same work as beta alanine
4. Essential amino acid (but focus to be more on bcaas)
Caffeine, green tea, citrulline malate, arginine, beta alanine, creatine monohydrate, electrolyte, ginger powder, Acerola extract, Stevia, sunflower lecithin.
1.creatine
2.citrulline malate
3.beta alanine
4.caffeine
As per me a pre workout should contain:- caffeine 150 mg to 200mg , for better pump:- L-citrulline , beta-alanine, arginine nitrate, and also glycerol .
In addition there could be coconut water power for hydration.
Also please Focus on good flavour as i have used naturaltein pre workout & it is so bitter.
Thanks
Hi Akshay Sir,

4.Beet root extract
1 citrulline malete 1000mg

If I'm not using any ready made pre-workout which actually I don't then I really prefer to mix these ingredients with each other manually.. Simple but effective..
Pta tujay kuch nhi 45 mg caffeine say Kya hoga
hello sir...me being a powerlifting aspirant is taking pre workout on regular basis
so in my choice the main ingredients shall be
1. CAFFEINE 150mg per scoop, the caffeine shall be derived from a natural source (green coffee for example) because many of the synthetic caffeine supplements go waste 80% of the time
2. L- ARGININE 2 gm it will convert into nitrous oxide in the body thus increasing intra vascular space for vascular acheivement and better supply of oxygen in the body
3.L CITRULLINE MALATE 2gm it reduces fatigue and improves anaerobic respiration in cells
4.CREATINE - 3gm , it draws water to muscles to volumise them and give a better pump
rest shall be the flavourings and other left over stuff(i know that u know better ingredients than me sir)
THINGS TO AVOID
BETA ALANINE 1.5 gm,though i not personally a big fan of this because it occurs naturally in body and causes THE ITCH of preworkout which is not liked by everyone
DYES. it really doesn't matter a preworkout blend shall have a COLOUR
SODIUM BICARBONATE. Indian diet has ample of sodium already
BCAA.most of the protein we consume has these BCAAS and we really dont need any supplementations for that
and sir....to be honest i trust you that u will make a better pre workout in the market and expose the worst

Ingredients should be -( PURE CAFFEINE, BETA ALANINE , CITRULLINE MALATE, OR WE CAN REPLACE CAFFEINE WITH GREEN TEA EXTRACT WITH SOME VITAMINS AND MINERALS *VIT C) All these components should be of highest quality World class raw materials
TESTED BY- FDA or INFORMED CHOICE CERTIFIED 🙏🙏❣️❣️
Amazing our pre should look this clean

Power - L-Citrulline, Creatine, GlycerPump, L-Tyrosine, Agmatine, , N-Phenethyl Dimethylamine Citrate, these are the ingredients used in gorilla mode which I personally like and I would include a few from my side and they'll be beetroot extract and caffeine should be between 200-300 mg. Flavour should be smooth and the effects should last atleast 1.5 hours.
