    My daughter started asking for a big girl bed at 18 months because she wanted to be able to go in there by herself! We made the transition a little before 2 years old. She’s now 3 and we never had any issue! Waiting for your child to initiate is the key

    I was so excited to see this go up. I’ve really been missing your vlogs! Your blogs postpartum with sage were what brought me to your channel so it was so nice to see one with both littles. ❤

    Lmao Matt "i didnt get a duvet till i was 30" 💀
    I bought my son a toddler bed when he was 2 he LOVED it..he just turned 5 & has moved up to a twin and his younger brother now sleeps in his old bed! I think toddler to twin worked out for us! Safe to say Sage loves her new bed. ❤️

    I had to transition my son into his big boy bed at 2 years and he LOVED it. He slept so much better. I only transitioned that early because I was very pregnant and I couldn't get him into the crib while he was asleep anymore (I held him until he fell asleep every single nap or sleep time). So it was easier for me to get in and out of his big boy bed (which was a racecar shape) he absolutely loved it. We were happy with the transition. It felt right for us but not everyone is the same. 🎉 I'm glad your transition went well. You can tell when your kid is ready. ❤

    My girl was climbing out of her crib really early 😬 so we couldn’t wait but it honestly went very well bc we had the 4 in 1 crib that converted to toddler bed and I felt better knowing she wouldn’t hurt herself climbing out

    So my girl is 16m and is still in her crib. I have started to do my research on toddler beds and what transition would work best for her. I learned that you dont need to get the "toddler bed" if you dont want too because it's just one less transition and thing you have to buy. You can just transition from the crib to a regular twin, queen what ever size adult bed. So i think that's what we are going to do. Can you talk about if you've started Sage on potty training? And how that's going and all that went into that decision. Thanks!!

    As soon as my daughter turned 2 this past Jan she woke up multiple times a night SCREAMING and crying. (Prior to this she was the best sleeper!) We tried everything but this became normal going on 5 months!! She never tried to climb out of crib but since we were out of ideas and so sleep deprived we moved to a toddler bed and she is back to sleeping peacefully for 10 hours!! Never once tried to leave our room. We use hatch too so she knows red means bed and green means mommy comes in. We also read the books “big girl bed” and “big kid bed” as well as took time to say “bye bye crib” which I think helped!!

    Her bed is adorable! We have a three year old too, and what I was wondering what do you guys do at bedtime? Do you leave her in the bed and walk away? Does she come to your bedroom or wake up at night? Does she need someone to lay down beside her to go to sleep?
    I just fully watched the video and saw you kept the routine’ we do the checklist as well and that helps huge and is a fun activity for them to do

    This was very cute, my son is nearly 3 and loves his cot, never tried to climb out so in no rush to move him! However we have another baby due in 5 weeks and he will be moving into a new room at some point so will try to do that a while before the baby needs the cot!

    Are you able to share how Oakley’s transition from the Snoo to the crib is going? I have a 4 month old in the Snoo and looking to transition into a crib by 5-6 months, not sure the best steps to take! Would love to know any tips on how you’re making that transition, and how it’s going!

    our son August is going to be 3 end of May and he is still in his crib and we are in no rush. We are also expecting baby number 2 end of summer. We have a bassinet for baby till they outgrow it and once we are close to that we will transition our son to a big bed so baby can have the crib. Thank you so much for this as this will be very helpful when the time comes in our home,

    Thanks for this video! Does Sage nap at daycare and if so- how do you get her to bed for 7:30pm?

    • @HealthNutNutrition
      @HealthNutNutrition  21 день тому +2

      Yes she does 2 hours for nap and luckily is still able to go to bed for 7:30-8ish. The trick is to wear them out! She goes to the park eveyday

      We’ll see how it goes. Oakley might use it earlier than sage did and then after we can hand it down to someone else or donate. It will not go to waste. It’s such high quality and will last a very long time.
