The day that I came across your channel, I was in a very difficult place in my life. You welcomed me with open arms into your community, when I felt lost. You are passionate about the content you put out and the topics you bring to us (the viewers).
You've been working hard for three years, what are some goals that you want to reach and they don't have to be UA-cam based but what are some goals that you want to achieve mentally? If you feel like you need a take a step down for some time until you can bounce back, it's alright. We'll be supporting you all the way but if you feel like you need a change in direction too, that's okay.
But honestly, I appreciate and admire the vibe that your channel brings to UA-cam, the fact you started your channel so that you and your daughter can play games together, is a very special story and a bond that so many wished to have as a child or even want with their own children. I'm really proud of how far you've come, I want your channel to succeed. Your journey is not over, this only just another bookmark to get you to the next chapter of this UA-cam journey.
The fact that you engage so much with the community and give back to the community is something that has inspired me and don't ever stop doing that.
This video almost brought me to tears because I see the eyes of a man who's working his hardest to provide the best content he can make and you are appreciated. Your community appreciates you and we always will man, we've got your back always.
If you need anything, I'm here, this community is about helping each other and you've helped me so many times and I'm here to repay the favor.
Don't give up, your story has only just begun and I'm so proud of you, Coi and you will overcome this hurdle.

Appreciate the heartfelt message Jace. As for what I expect out of UA-cam honestly that's something I gotta figure out myself. I literally sat down and pressed record and let words come out. I think overall I just want to help people have fun and think about the good times as I know there are many mid life men and women who feel exactly like I do and have no idea we exist heh. All the best my friend.

@@COIFISHGAMING That's your goal, being able share the experience of good times and enjoying moments with the community you have. Being able to attract old and younger audiences gives you more space to show that's there's still good in a world that feels very grey. As always man, I'm here to support

Parents are doing fine. I also have over 1k videos on YT, but a bunch of them are unlisted. Skyrim, RDR, SW, Bully, GT5, and more. PreVIQ. Before I knew what the hell was doing with my channel. I did notice that there was no streams of late. I do remember back in my Pokémon Go days the big YTers of that game took break for the game. Trainer Tips and others. I get it. Take care of yourself.

I totally get the burnout (I'm 5 years into this...). I'm always stunned at how many people think a 20 minute video takes 20 minutes to make (I have an editor and the videos still take me 20-30 hours per on average).
It's really hard to tell someone to take a break because the algorithm will absolutely punish you for it, but maybe slowing down the production schedule for a bit or coming up with something that's easier to produce (or is more fun for you to produce) can help you get through this period.
I dunno...but I've been following the channel for a long time (and remember our PSO discord chats!) and would hate to see you walk away from it when you've found some traction.

Yeah man its a hard grind! Worst part is it feels so damn random. You can put your heart into something and get zero impressions and upload a potato with googly eyes and go viral haha. Hope all is well dude!

Dude - Do the schedule that feels right for you. UA-cam is nerfing a lot of creators. Love the CO-OPs and content on the channel. Here to chat if you wana bounce anything about etc - I know the massive effort you put in and as a fellow creator I get how it can hit you and burn you out mentally when you put the effort in and things don't progress. Super proud to call you one of my friends and honoured to be a part of the channel in the Voice Chat or on stream.
Maybe do what you want to do and say sod it to the algo etc once a month.

I started my channel with intentions of never working a real job and getting famous... Well, I'm humbled now. lol I'm just happy to make content and meet guys like you. You're a good dude.

I think it really comes down to your own goals and reasons for running the channel. If you're doing it for fun, and you're still having fun doing it I think that is what matters the most. For me, I enjoy the content and try to catch the live streams when I am available to, especially if it's something I'm interested in (older titles typically). Not sure what everyone else is into around here, but j-rpgs are generally my go to. I know that I haven't really seen your videos pop up in my feed, and I'm not sure why. I've turned your channel to notify All content now. The only time I've seen your videos pop up in my subscriptions is during Live stuff. Like this video here, I JUST saw it because I manually went to your channel to see what you've been up to. At any rate, thank you for the fun, nostalgia and cool content, no matter what you ultimately decide to do. 👍

Hey Sep always appreciate you popping by. Many creators are experiencing the same issue. UA-cam is simply having a brain fart when it comes to promoting creators to even people who have subscribed to them. All is well here, having a blast however I have put alot of time into this and to see traction get completely lost is a little insane.

I subscribed to coifish gaming at first to support savvys friend. Early days it was almost just you, me, and Joy talking back and forth in streams watching you guys bonding and i enjoyed every second of watching not only the channel but you and joy grow over the years. Through the time watching i grew to adore the two of you and see you as not just my boyfriend's friend but truely mine as well. Im sorry to hear that you are hurting and truely do believe this channel deserves far more than it has received. If it were to end while yes i would be sad and miss the streams and seeing all the retro games that i wouldn't have without you, i also know that you being happy is most important to both me and Savvy. I have always and will always support you guys on anything you do and we are here sending you all the love we can. Remember you can always reach out to either of us if you ever need for anything and remember no matter what im here for you.

You're a good dude, Coi. You've put out great content and you've entertained all of us in your community with all the streams, all the Cuphead vids, all the events, all the discussion videos. Working a full time job alongside streaming is a huge undertaking, and I don't feel people really understand how much of a toll it takes to run a UA-cam channel. Creating content is a commitment, it's work and effort. It takes time and dedication. Keeping a channel consistent is rough and it's never easy. Keep doing what you're doing man but know that you, your health, and your mental health comes first.

Nothing wrong with how you’re feeling, being a content creator isn’t easy as it looks. It may look easy to just press the record button and do what you gotta do but sometimes if something goes wrong you gotta record again, not to mention the editing… the editing can takes HOURS if not DAYS to get done, I’m not a competitive content creator here, I just make content and videos just for fun, the challenges on my channel are very impressive but little do you know I don’t edit them so the challenge is impressive yes but the video itself is not good, and like I said even though I don’t edit my videos it doesn’t mean I don’t spend any time on them, like I said before it can take many attempts and so much time and practice for me to even be able to start making the video I want to make because I finally got the desired outcome. Tbh, I think I hit my limits on Cuphead now after the extra few videos I posted when I originally announced my burn out and now I’m finally ready to officially say goodbye to making videos.

Jeff - I'm very sorry to hear you're feeling this way, and how negatively bill C-21 has impacted your channel. I wonder if there's something we could do, as a collective of Canadian content creators, to measure & quantify the impact of C-21 - with a data-driven approach - to then use as a conversation starter with our government on how legal changes have a real impact on Canadian content creators. I'm not sure how to do that, but if I can play a roll at all, count me in.
For me, COIFISH GAMING brings a sense of community. A group of people I can call friends. Whether its the network of content creators you've connected with their unique offerings, or the fans that join in to watch (and play!) your live streams. The Discord server being the hub of all of this, a place where I go to check in on what's happening in everyone's life, share a laugh, see how I can help others, and have some fun!
I'm looking forward to your future videos like this one. I REALLY hope my wrist heals up very soon, and we can get the Genies back together! If there's one thing I've learned lately, it's not to take your physical or mental health for granted. It's easy to do that when you're in a good place. You talking here, and continuing to talk, is a great place to get your mental health on track:) Keep up the GREAT work!

Appreciate your kind words man. Bill C-11 seems to have changed the way impressions go out for Canadian creators however I cannot prove the link. Once you feel better man we will talk about getting a Genies episode in. That series is a stand out for sure my dude. I am ok and yes this will be a regular weekly occurrence to build a bond between myself and the community!
