- The plaintiff says the defendant is his wife’s friend. He claims she bought some furniture from him when he moved but hasn’t paid for it in full, so he’s suing. The defendant says she bought a bed, but the mattress was stained with urine. She claims he’s trying to charge her after the fact.

I suffered 2nd hand embarrassment with this case. He is sitting on the floor with a hot ass coat on. She has her camera way lower than it should be. Plus, her attitude was condescending throughout the case.

I don't buy used furniture that has fabric involved. I am buying a used kitchen table 4 chairs. I'm down sizing. I'm in electric wheelchair and I need the room to get around. But it's in a used/ new furniture store. I wouldn't buy out of a home now due to bed bugs. I don't buy used clothes. I'd rather have one dress one pair of shoes new than used.

1500 for that bed, a desk, a dresser and whatever is expensive. $750 for that mattress is ridiculous. Just from looking at the picture you can tell its a cheap mattress that was probably 800 new. It's not a sealy serta or any well known brand. I think she realized that she agreed to high prices after the fact....

The defendant must have a really bad memory, she says she never said she didn't owe the money but that's exactly what she said in the beginning of the trial, she said she thought the furniture was given to her with the exception of the $200, she also says that she never wanted the furniture!? if you didn't want the furniture why did you bring someone to help you load it up and a Truck? If somebody doesn't want something they don't take it. She made herself look very foolish , also she said she wanted to pay but just didn't want to drive, okay go to the store buy a money order and mail it, write a check and mail it, cash app it, venmo it, there are so many different ways you can pay people without actually physically driving to them and paying cash.

I trust people to varying degrees as people, their religion doesn’t enter into it. Unless of course they use it as an excuse to be judgmental or homophobic in which case I don’t associate with them to begin with. But whether they’re religious or not, or what branch of religion they follow has nothing to do with how much or little I trust them.
I also tend to trust people less who try to use religion as an excuse for why they’re trustworthy. If their line is “You can trust me because I’m ‘xyz’ religion” the fact the felt the need to bring that up usually tells me the opposite.
