As a photographer, I can't imagine allowing the client to see the unedited images, and to make the suggestions on edits. The photographer is the one who should be behind the wheel - making edits and presenting the final images.
I’d allow unedited if our deal was the client chooses select photos to be edited and receive, but if they are getting all then no way, just edit them and show the client your quality work. But yikes, these photos look like they were taken on an old phone.
As a photographer, I'm sure you wouldn't take photos of an event and wait a year either. This guy might be pretty good at what he does, but it shouldn't really have gotten this far at all - and what he did bring in wasn't his best work for sure. He was just way out of his league, he took on a wedding as though he did prom photos, and charged wedding prices. I'm sure a lot of clients are happy with the work you do, because you already consider choosing the best images, and editing them, and presenting them to your client - anybody can push the shutter on a camera, but an artist makes sure their work is beautiful and captures a great experience.
I took pictures at my best friends wedding with a 20.00 cameo years ago....They paid lots of money for a photographer and I took better pictures than the photographer and it didnt take me long to take them to get mailed out in the 90's...I got doubles so i had a copy and I gave them the copies of all the pictures I took....They ended up using my pictures for their album and hid the others...The couple was like family and very special to me....She asked me what I used and I told her and then she asked if iwanted money for them I told her no thats your present....you can put them all in an album how you want etc...those were theirs....They were wicked excited over my pictures...I took candids of the bridal and groom party getting ready....
So worried about having his water mark on the photos, don't nobody want his photos. I hope she can find someone to make the background colors look nice and normal. Her wedding looked beautiful !
He really was full of excuses. 😂 My business was broken into three times, The company I use went out of business, The dog ate my homework, The spoon ran away with the fork.
I had to pause the video and Google after reading this comment. Only 10 more days (next Friday) til the last show?! That explains why I suddenly got two notifications on my old comments on this channel! For those who don't know, it says it's canceled (along with Mathis) due to a shrinking daytime syndication landscape, but I quit watching during the Pandemic. The poor audio quality of the Zoom calls and the refusal to return to in-person cases just killed the suspense of the show for me.🤷♀️
If friends and family have no problem screwing us over, we should absolutely avoid the concept of patronizing someone because they have a certain skin tone. My skin came with my body. I can't fathom giving my money to someone based not upon skill, talent or education- all of which are worked for and take effort- but rather employ them because of something they did absolutely nothing to get, ie skin color. God did that part. Support good people and good businesses.
I can't believe this guy still at the end trying to justify his actions. Instead of apologizing and saying you're right I made a mistake. I would never hire that guy. I wonder how many other people didn't get their pictures.
I don’t think he knew how to edit them because judging by the pictures, it looked like he took them with his phone. Hopefully she can get someone who really knows what they’re doing and be able to make them look better. She herself didn’t seem disappointed in the pictures (only that they weren’t edited) so at least it’s something that won’t make her sad about her wedding day.
I've never been married yet, however when I took maternity pictures, I was so impatient and couldn't wait to have the pictures finally. It only took like 2 weeks. I couldn't imagine paying all that money and having to CHASE my pictures down.
The husband should have dealt with this man because maybe the man would have took him serious. He blew her off because he could 🤷🏾♀️ plus those pics are very dark too
I wonder WHY she chose HIM? Didn't she examine examples of his work? Did she check out any other photographers work? I have an uneasy feeling she chose him because he was cheap, couldn't afford better? 😟 And to let it go so long!
She has a beautiful family, unfortunately, he didn't capture that on film. He should have to pay interest for the money he withheld. She shouldve gotten a full refund.
I would absolutely hire this gentleman’s awning company if I needed an awning! Or if I needed a private investigator or someone to help me argue in court! Lol
I got married last year in November my online gallery was completed by the end of Dec still waiting on my physical album and my canvas. But my pics look good 😊
I feel bad because the second I saw those pictures all I could think was cheap. Everything looked cheap. I am not saying you have to spend thousands of dollars on a wedding but it is possible to have a cheap wedding that looks expensive. It just takes time and attention to details.
Maybe that's all they could afford... Doesn't make it "cheap". As long as they are happy who cares how much they spent or if it looks expensive. There's more to a wedding than just the material things
So here's my question for this photographer. ALL the lady wants is what you promised her. If you have her photos, on a zip drive, and you had them ready to present to Judge Milian at court, WHY DIDN'T YOU JUST GIVE THE LADY HER PHOTOS AND LEAVE HER IN PEACE? You've been avoiding this woman for a year now, promising her photos that aren't there to be taken. You SEE in her email that she can't access the second album you sent her AND the photos you have on your website of her wedding are watermarked...meaning SHE can't use THEM either. And you've made her haul you to court, (and this is AFTER you led her on and avoided her for an entire year) because you couldn't be professional and decent and fulfill your contract with her in a timely manner. I can see why she is so annoyed with you. If you aren't going to be professional in your job, then you shouldn't have that job....especially when serving the public and ESPECIALLY when handling a bride's wedding photos. That is the most important moment of her life and now her memory of this day is tainted by your COMPLETE lack of professionalism and competence. You COULD HAVE been professional and called the bride up and said "I am so sorry, ma'am. This place I use went out of business, so I lost the album and I cannot provide a second photographer for your wedding. I can't give you part of what I promised now, but I DO have your wedding photographs prepared, that I took, myself, edited and on a zip drive and I have corrected the mistake I made on your wedding video. Please accept my humble and sincere apologies and a discount for your inconvenience. In addition, I will also eat the cost for what I could not give you and I will only charge you for what I could do. I can also recommend someone who can help you finish what I could not do and they do a very good job" You could have said this from the get-go and sent her said zip drive and I guarantee you she would have been satisfied with that. Because that showed integrity and professionalism and good character. You respected her enough to be honest with her about your mistake and you would have taken responsibility for it. THAT would have been the RESPECTFUL and PROFESSIONAL thing to do. Instead, you just ghosted her, ignored her, and I am GLAD you now have to PAY her. Serves you right. To the plaintiff...you made a stunning bride and it looked like you had a beautiful wedding IN SPITE OF this photographer's incompetence.
Everyone says their good pictures. The pictures belong to the bride. The bride and only the bride should be happy with the pictures. The wedding belongs to the bride. It's about going back 30 years from looking at the memories of her most important day.
Editing pictures does not take close to a year to finish. I had my pictures taken for my birthday and it took my photographer 2weeks to edit them and send them to me.
Them pictures are YIKES! He did everything except take accountability. The job was beyond his scope of ability.
EXACTLY!!! OMG!!!!
lazy punk! that's what he is
She’s not a bridezilla, dude took over a year to give her what she paid for.
I agree! Absolutely!
Harvey's commentary on weddings is ridiculous. Not every bride is a bridezilla. Some of these vendors are horrible.
Those pictures do not look professional. They look like they came from a disposable camera.
Seriously. No depth of field. He's got consumer grade lenses for sure.
There are Photographers and there are guys with a camera. He's a guy with a camera.
Cheap
Absolutely! They are terrible quality.
Right! My 5 year old can do a better job with my iPhone 😂! Funny but not funny.
My business was broken into three times. Funny he did not mention that again after JM called him out on it! 😂
He was grasping for lies not straws! 😂
As a wedding photographer I’m sorry to say she hired a sh*t photographer who over charged for his services and still delivered the worst photos 😭
She should have seen his portfolio & got several references from his customers
As a photographer, I can't imagine allowing the client to see the unedited images, and to make the suggestions on edits. The photographer is the one who should be behind the wheel - making edits and presenting the final images.
I’d allow unedited if our deal was the client chooses select photos to be edited and receive, but if they are getting all then no way, just edit them and show the client your quality work. But yikes, these photos look like they were taken on an old phone.
Although, even then, I’d give them a vague edit, at least fix some lighting.
@@ashb7846 lazy...edit n make all look good n maybe she would spend more to get more pics

They were probably breaking in to get their photos 😂
YES!!!🤣🤣🤣
This comment made my night 🤣 .
LOL
True 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾❤️🖤💚🥰

I can take really good pictures with my cheap phone, it's having a good eye not have expensive Equipment.
"My company went out of business.". Shocking.😂
A pissed off customer probably broke into his studio looking for their damn photos!
Lol😂
I wondered why someone would do that 🤔
Lmfao when the judge asked who that fine man wassss. Right sisss!
So worried about having his water mark on the photos, don't nobody want his photos. I hope she can find someone to make the background colors look nice and normal. Her wedding looked beautiful !
Not him opening up his lie of a story "It was Easter Sunday," SIR 😂 You ain't fooling anyone
He's shady, shay people always have lots of excuses!!!
The defendant spoke really slow and he did not do his job well. He just kept finding excuses which is why he got sued and lost.
Yes he did and it was making me mad cause he was just making excuses for why it had taken him so long and still didn’t finish the work
He really was full of excuses. 😂 My business was broken into three times, The company I use went out of business, The dog ate my homework, The spoon ran away with the fork.
The "Photographer" was a failing louse. I'd never hire him. He was definitely Not a professional.
14:56 Doug has no favorites. He will SHADE ANYONE and show them the door right quick! 😅😅😅
My wedding photographer had over 1000 photos and all of them were edited and sent to me in about 3 weeks.
That guy is a lousy business man! He's NOT about business at all. Smh!
I am photographer and I can bet you that a random person could have did better with phone lol
💯💯💯
I said the same thing!
OH that's sad!
2 babies were born since the pictures were taken and still no pictures
Interesting
I'm gonna miss this show.

I hope this show and judge milian come back in some form if she is interested.
@@heathernks8 I totally agree!! Everybody’s back to normal except people’s court! They still zooming? These are all old shows!!
Awww the photos look horrible 😕 I'm still learning photography and my work is far much better I'm sorry for her, some are dark some are over exposed
I hear and see too much burden when we try to support our own people. It's always something. Smh!

They’re a cute couple! Hope they have a beautiful long life! 🥰
Doug says out loud what everybody is thinking
Yes, he's so direct and gets right to the point.
How tf judge look so good for so many years, sheeeeesh
Is it me or did those pictures look like trash to me just saying she could have better off taking the pictures on a phone
Nope it isn’t just you…..those photos were horrible!! Especially the playground pics 😩.
They are definitely up to par.
Those photos are a hot mess
I agree! A total hot mess! I feel bad for the couple to not have decent photos they paid for on their most special day.
The lady in the back on the man's left! She has black hair pulled back, and huge glasses with a smirk. She is in sooooooooo many episodes! Who is she?

The photographer was 👎👎👎👎 unprofessional, aloof, and lackadaisical 😮😮😮😮😮 an entire year!! Wow....now a break-in...where's the police report??
All facts
Loving the glasses Judge!!!
The ‘edited’ pictures really had bad coloring…too much blue
I thought the same thing. They look unedited or edited badly.
Terrible white balance, ugly flash, no depth of field. I'd be disappointed paying $2000 for those.
Give an Influencer1 hour and they’d have that album complete and edited well💀
His attitude and photos are very unprofessional.
His studio was broken in three times in one week?? She should have been had this stuff!!!
Omgoodness 😮😮😂 those girls behind her judging her as she walks in! 😂😂😂😂😂🎉🎉😮😮😮😮😮😮
😂😂😂
Those photos look crazy.
I'd be upset if my pictures of my wedding photo looked like that. It looks like a child took the pictures.
The affair part had me dying lol. He realized he made a big mistake
Beautiful photos...
He needs to shut down!
The photographer said a whole bunch of nothing
His attitude sucked and he is a tool. The pictures were not good either. I feel bad for her. This is a one and done deal. It was her special day.
Like his publisher, he should go out of business!!!
That’s a cheesy Great Value wedding. The David’s Bridal dresses and masks were a no for me
I tried not to laugh at this comment... But it was the great value for me 😂
This guy has one excuse after another
Beautiful ppl, pics did them no justice

Who wants high-tension power lines in the background!?? 😬
Crop out, edit them, they ruin the photos
Lol judge was being thirsty for a minute. Her husband is fine though and he’s not even my type.

$1500 is cheap
I just looked through both his page. This man is a fraud. Lol🤦🏾♀️
You get what you pay for. A good photographer costs a lot more but is worth it.
the problem with the tv judges is that they never let you talk- they just talk over you and yell
Beautiful wedding
Theyve been posting so many old episodes lately 😢
they're not returning, cancelled.🥺
Ikr! I have been trying to find some episodes I have NOT seen...smh.
All the judge shows have been cancelled, Judy, Mathis, and PC.
But Judge Jude is still on but her new show needs to be cancelled asap! I always thought Peoples Court was better
bro doug ass be killing me with his laugh 😂😂
I get so tired of hearing Harvey tell people they look JUST LIKE people they look nothing like
Eh I didn't like the way her wedding dress fit her. I did like the pics she took with her husband before they got married.
Except for the ⚡grid towers in the background
He was just being lazy
Old Doug should avoid laughing in people's face after they lose a case, it's unhealthy
Very
I got robbed 3times in one week 😂 excuses excuses- photos do look cheap am sorry- she done good to take him to court get her money bak ❤
I’m willing to bet my paycheck he hasn’t edited 45 photos … and then the vs about his shop being burglarized.
Definitely not a bridezilla....she was wayyyyy too patient with that foolishness 😅. I could've taken those pictures...
The eye masks at the wedding were a little creepy.
I really hope they find someone to get the best out of those amateurish photos.

Responding to the judge..
He don't even know anymore..
The lighting in those photos was terrible and all he came with was a barrel of excuses. SMH

Those photos look awful. She should get a complete refund.

y’all seen the woman dig in her nose in the bg, behind the defendant 😂😂?
The defendant looks like Kenan Thomspon(snl) with a wig and goatee.
She asks if all the pictures are edited. He said yes to all 400. Yes, 20 minutes later. How many out of the 400 are edited? 45 lol😂😂😂
