A320 Neo- Hey Max want to play?
737 Max - I cant Neo I’m Grounded
Amazing comment!
The max is ungrounded in all the countries except china @kevz951
@@rashi180 that comment was 2 years ago
Given the current situation and the 737 MAX problems, the clear winner is the A320Neo.
*Look up Feb 23 767-300 crash. 3 Nose Dive in 5 months!!! Boeing SPINNING DOCTORS WORKS HARD to save the plane instead of lives!!!*
Most country grounded this killer machine!!!.....

A320 series is more safety
Tung I Tseng fix your english
John Smith WHAT ARE SPINNING DOCTORS U IDOT
I chose A320 neo because I don’t care about fuel consumption or efficiency, I care about my life.
A300's disintegrated in mid air when they first came out, DC-10's had explosive decompression because cargo doors blew off, DeHavilland Comets were disintegrating... All 3 aircraft went on to be safe reliable machines after the issues were fixed. They will fix the issues, and the 737 will continue to be the most sold narrow body.
Mu se Isn’t the A320neo more fuel efficient than the Max ?
Boeing eventually will rebuild it's reputation and the 737 MAX will soon prove reliable. I wouldn't want to go on some shitty Airbus A320 with engine problems. Stop bullshitting the 737 MAX Airbus fanboys.

Comfort does not count. The airlines choose not the company who makes the plane.

Neither of the planes are “bad” personally this Will happen many times to all aircraft manufacturers. This is Boeing’s first fatal problems so I don’t find a problem with either the max does look better though.
Even before the 737 max grounding, I have always been an Airbus fan. I find Airbus planes to have better interiors and are quieter inside as far as my flying experience is concerned.
Interiors have nothing to do with Airbus or Boeing. Interiors are chosen by the airline and provided by outside vendors. Don't like an interior, then choose a different airline.
@@stevewilliams111 you are right, exept that airbus interiors are physically larger because of a fuselage with a greater diameter, And the pressurization system is slightly quieter aswell, Anyways, I like both planes for different reasons
A320 NEO, because the airframe is from the 80ies and can actually take the engines below the wing vs the Max where the airframe dates from the 60ies and can not take the engines below due to lower height.

@kelvin law We all know that, and all what you said here do not change the fact that this plane has very serious design flaws. Simply, take out all computers from plane, put in hydraulic commands and then check is it plane airworthy. Answer, NOOOO!
If you design airframe that can fly with simply mechanic commands then this airframe is safe. Question, what if 737MAX lose all power, can he glide?
The 737 Max hull design looks old compared with the A320.

The Airframe on 737 is outdated the only reason it keeps going is the ease of cross over training for the pilots and mecs and airports and operators.

Haha well said!

I doubt the a320 neo will ever reach the current death toll of the max 8
KID ARE YOU STUIPED CHECK THE 737 MAX RECORDS THERES BEEN TWO CRASHES
Fungtrr Nicer since there has been two crashes because of It’s system it has been grounded and it can’t Fly now but only one Czech airlin might tottaly crash because of stupid boeing
The rush of the race, made boeing push to the limit the delivery of their aircrafts. Instructing us on a short video, if you were already certified by the 737 ng. Totally a different aircraft to handle, the engines are so big that it pendulates when you go down or up. That's why that ,MCAS in which all the pilots got informed after the Lion air accident got to become familiar with. Nevertheless, a 4 month old aircraft has to work perfectly, no reason for the pitch sensor to fail, unacceptable boeing!!!!
Physical construction of Boeing 737 Max is wrong. Engine is more powerful but size of engine is bigger than the regular 737's engine. Engine is installed under the wing a little forward and up so that to keep enough distance between engine and ground . This installation in flight makes tendency of turbulence over the wing which result in stalling the aircraft which means in other words nose up. Boeing knew that this will happen during the flight. So they installed MCAS system on the aircraft. MCAS system makes the nose down in case of nose goes up. Bu it doesn't work properly and puts the aircraft diving and then crushing.
There is construction fault on the Aircraft. This construction fault can not be corrected by MCAS system's software modification. So this aircraft cannot be considered as safe aircraft even if after software modification.
In order to solve the problem structural changes must be done on the aircraft. Regular version of 737 has no MCAS system. Because physical construction is correct. But fuel consumption is a little high than 737 MAX.
737 MAX has new engine with good fuel efficiency but comes with safety issue. In aviation safety is an paramount.
So it can be end of 737 MAX.
Murat T A stall is not caused by “nose up”. It is caused when an aircraft exceeds what we call in aviation “critical angle of attack” in relation to its speed and is no longer able to produce the required lift. If this was a simple issue of “nose up” as you put it, the 737 Max 8 would not even lift off ground. There are pilots who were recently disabling MCAS by turning the Stab Trim switches off (which has its own implications i.e. manual trim will now be required).
This is a software issue, which Boeing made one of its highlighted features when selling the plane as part of pushing sales. Their challenge now, is going back to their customers to either remove or update the software, which will not only be an admission of guilt, but will result in massive losses when it comes to the Max 8 project. As always, greedy companies will rather have people die first when it comes to profits. Not a first, and certainly not a last in aviation until these killers are held into very serious account
You’re correct Murat, the engines are not positioned correctly, this is causing several issues like ( but not only) a nose-up trend
The MCAS is just a patch on a broken leg, a deadly patch btw
The main issue with the B737 Max is that the aircraft has never been really certified
The basic Boeing design is far too old
In view of the focus on the engines positioning after the 2 tragic accidents involving the 737-8MAX.....at 1:41 you can see clearly.....the entire engine nacelle is in front of the wing ! And it is not under the wing as was the case...it is so high up on the wing !
Neo is probably a safer way to fly right now. I can LIVE without wing tips.
You can live with computer support by experience over decades.
The A320 NEO also has winglets which have a similar function.
Regardless of the safety issues with the 737 Max, I think the A320 neo is still a superior airplane.
Difference
B737 max8: unsafe
A320neo: safe
AirBus is years ahead Boeing. More friendly cockpit for pilots, ECAM system way friendly and usable than paper checklist in Boeing.
That more friendly cockpit, with its side joysticks, played a significant role in bring down the AF447 in 2009

@@nekonsultr8149 I checked as you "kindly" suggested:
"Sidestick control issue
In April 2012 in The Daily Telegraph, British journalist Nick Ross published a comparison of Airbus and Boeing flight controls; unlike the control yoke used on Boeing flight decks, the Airbus side stick controls give little visual feedback and no sensory or tactile feedback to the second pilot. Ross reasoned that this might in part explain why the pilot flying's fatal nose-up inputs were not countermanded by his two colleagues.
In a July 2012 CBS report, Sullenberger suggested the design of the Airbus cockpit might have been a factor in the accident. The flight controls are not mechanically linked between the two pilot seats, and Robert, the left-seat pilot who believed he had taken over control of the aircraft, was not aware that Bonin continued to hold the stick back, which overrode Robert's own control".

It would appear that Boeing is still continuing the tradition of tombstone engineering; the practice of letting accidents and failures indicate engineering deficiencies. Not wanting to ground the MAX8 after the Ethiopian Airlines crash was tantamount to Boeing playing Russian roulette with passengers lives and makes a mockery of their mantra that ‘safety is their number one priority’. Airbus has clearly demonstrated that they build safer aircraft than Boeing do and so it gets my vote.
But the problem is when you book a holiday you never know what plane you're going on until you see it at the airport lol

I prefer on the airbus a 320 because of comfort and the doors are friendly while in 737 series’s I also admire because of their long service and my friend says the door is shorter than airbus a 320 makes some people duct to enter the plane.
When you watch the movie “tres metros” in channel 47 then low ground clearance and shorter doors an IDEAL.

A320 Neo is a lovely looking airplane. Flown in many as well as 737's but sadly the later is looking very dated. Boeing gambled on an old design rather than a new aircraft and lost.

I will do my best to avoid flying on a 737 Max, even if they cleared it for flight in the future. They've lost my confidence.
I UNDERSTAND...I FELT THE SAME WAY OF THE DC-10's AND L1011 AIRLINERS. THANKS! KA S.
If you notice new engine placement on both aircraft is significantly forward. This can cause pitch up on climb out at TOGA,. Hence the MCAS system that failed in Max-8. I feel confident that the software correction in Max-8 MCAS will make Max-8 one of the safest aircraft in the skies just like it's 737-800 and all prior 737's. As a coder I can tell you that software glitches will happen. It is up to pilots to be able to "Aviate" and overcome all automated systems. RIP

Hold on tight, Max 8 is a roller coaster.
A320 Less noise, less fuel, less CO2 & less fatal accidents
The 737 is operating for more than 50 years. It's the most reliable aircraft actually. The sensor problem is the same occurred on Qantas 72 flight in 2008, on a Airbus machine. The pilot, an american navy top gun, fight the computers and made a emergency landing. Unfortunately there were no top gun pilot on the 737 max. - Fortunately for Airbus, it will not be the end of Boeing. Airbus will always need someone ahead to be the motivation to reach superiority.
How many a320 have crashed?
For the entire A320 family, 160 aviation accidents and incidents have occurred (the latest being Pakistan International Airlines Flight 8303 on 22 May 2020), including 36 hull loss accidents, and a total of 1393 fatalities in 17 fatal accidents.
Airbus for ever !
A320 is flying paradise
❤❤
New addition to the video the Neo has not crashed
In the next, 737 5th generation, boeing will put the engines ABOVE the wings, which will sometimes make the plane drop like stone from the sky & roll over, but no worries. The MCAS MAX V 8.0 will compensate that (via a software you couldn't possibly understand) and so no new training will be required for the pilots. Ryanair already ordered 3400 of these. Airbus is FINISHED!
I think when A321 came out Boeing take two steps to get 737-900ER to compete against it and lost the fight eventually.
I think that boeing had to release a new version of the 737 to compete with new NEO models that airbus was experimenting already since time... I think they found an hurry and fast solution to send in the market a new set of aircrafts to be on time and not to loose customers... But the result is dramatic!
I don't understand instead of mcas. Why not drop a engine size or increase landing gear length alil or add some counter weights where needed making a simple thing hard
